It was March 9th. Four tables are occupied, not crowded. The hall and the toilet are clean, there are no queues. But! It is impossible to replenish drinks indefinitely. There are no self-service terminals and it is not possible to place an order in the mobile application. There is scant information on a couple of types of combos on the counter. The manager warned that the burgers would be without salad, but without reducing the price, at full cost. The overall impression and attitude towards the client are three-fold.
