Fast cooking, friendly and helpful staff and service. Personally, I really like crispy chicken with jalapeno. French fries and rustic are very tasty!
Clean and tidy. In many ways, bad reviews from those people whose expectations were not met about the size of the burger, the taste.
It happens that those people who openly expressed themselves negatively towards the institution, the staff, still continue to come there.

There were a lot of customers that day, which means that people come here for delicious food. Of the disadvantages, there was no set that I would like to order, I had to buy more expensive by 1000 tons.

The quality of services does not match the franchise. Tasteless burgers, coke without gas, tasteless onion rings, over-salted potatoes. The toilet has terrible repairs and broken soap dishes. You have to wait for an order for half an hour and this is when you have a couple of orders in front of you. There are no simple cheeseburger items on the menu, there are no burger boxes (well, what do we, Kazakhstanis, eat from a dry burger package). Also, the prices are like a Michelin-starred restaurant. In general, in contrast to the Russian Burger King outlets, this restaurant is terrible.

Пришла как то узнать по поводу работы, за кассой ответили что им никто не требуются, хотя зная политику бургер Кинга нужно было позвать менеджера по этому поводу а не отвечать с недовольным лицом. Темболее судя по вашим отзывам персонал давно пора поменять!

Заехали в 2 часа дня. Сделали заказ на вынос с собой. Прождали минут 20 видя что уже давно выдали заказы всем кто был после нас и что занимаются курьерами и их заказами подошел на кассу. Сделали удивлённое лицо и сказали сейчас соберём. В итоге прождали ещё 5-10 минут. Может быть по нам было видно что мы гости в этом городе и решили что мы можем подождать.но 30 минут для сетевого фаст фуда это перебор. К тому же часть напитков посчитали большей ёмкостью чем выдали по факту.Имейте ввиду что сделать заказ с улицы из автомобиля вы также не сможете.

Молодцы что сделали систему баллов, но странно что второй вход закрыт, отсутствуют терминалы заказа. Цены кажутся с лишним процентом наценки

Заказ в фастфуде 30 минут, Але, это не фастфуд уже, это ресторанное ожидание. И это за бургер????
С улицы ожидание в получении из авто, стучишься не реагируют вообще.
Сюда больше ни ногой!!! Это вообще не бургер Кинг, только название осталось.

Ужасное отношение к покупателям, очень не вкусные продукты будто месяцами лежат в холодильнике, постоянно чего-то нет, наггетсы есть невозможно, заказывал два раза и выбрасывал их в урну
