Cucumbers feel like they're not fresh and there's only one piece of cucumber for the whole burger. If you take XL potatoes, it feels like the potatoes are in a small one. During the commotion and generally when there are few orders, there are constant screams and screams near the cash registers, in the kitchen. The staff is running from side to side. Near the vending machine, everything is constantly spilled, not cleaned, the tables are dirty in most cases, no one walks or wipes them. The food doesn't look presentable. I was there when there weren't many people, but they made an order for 20-25 minutes.

By writing on Instagram to bk and calling 7566, I was told that they would give the information to the restaurant manager and he would call back. Monday 10.11 comes, no one calls me, I pass the information to bc, to which they write to me that the manager could not get through, although there were no missed calls) and until yesterday 12.11, no one called me either and will not call, as I understand it. I do not recommend this institution, the customer orientation is 0 and the staff in the institution do not do their job well.

If you value your time, then this point is not for you! This is the first time I've seen orders issued so slowly! According to Burger King regulations, an order should be issued no later than 15-20 minutes, I waited 25. I waited 25 minutes for nuggets and a cheap cheeseburger for 4 rubles, and when I placed the order, there were only 4 of them with me. After leaving, the orders were already under 20, and only 1 of the original orders was issued. 1 order in 15 minutes!!!! It's just disrespectful to your customers and you don't set foot in that spot anymore. During this time, people prepare pizza, dishes, but here they are not able to cook nuggets. I regret that I haven't written a complaint to the magazine yet.
