I ordered coffee through an interactive screen. I received the order number, and the manager immediately marked it as completed (probably to adjust the internal average order processing timings). Coffee started to be made immediately after the mark, and when it was ready, instead of carrying it for delivery, the managers decided to chat and set aside the glass with the FINISHED drink to cool next to the coffee machine. We finished giggling, and remembered about the coffee when it was already cold, finally handing it over with the words "oh, this is yours..". The curtain.

Honestly, I don't understand how such inattentive employees are hired... I can already see from the reviews that this is not the first time. Guys, check your order without leaving the checkout counter!!! My husband and I ordered two different Combos, where there were burgers, and two different burgers separately, and for some reason we didn't even think about checking the order, it wasn't very busy at that time. As a result, we arrive home, and instead of 4 burgers, we were given two. Of course, I was shocked and we drove back to BC... as a result, BC employees spent five minutes sorting out who was to blame, put us two missing burgers and that was it. Yes, to be honest, I was counting on some kind of apology and compliment from the institution, since it was their joint. We've spent so much time and effort, but the guys who work there absolutely don't care about it. For them, if something is not reported, then well, it happens, and as I understand it, it does not happen all the time. It's one thing to forget to put sauce or a straw, but burgers are another thing!!! It's a very unpleasant situation, would I want to go there again? Of course not!!! And by the way, I see that it was written earlier that ice cream is given simply in a cup without a lid and cup holder. This problem was never solved, we also had ice cream in the order and the order was takeaway. We just got ice cream in a glass, it's not clear how to carry it)))

We arrived at 9:43 p.m., we wanted to make a small order. moreover, without even approaching the cashier, they studied the menu. to which the employee, after giving us an angry look, said that they were no longer taking orders, although there were still 15 minutes left before closing!!! this is unacceptable in relation to the guests, I myself used to work at burger king at another restaurant and we always took all orders strictly before closing, regardless of their volume. a very inhuman attitude towards the guests, we were left hungry and sad (we drove through half the city to have time to eat)

I ordered a combo for 7.99
, the worst burger I've ever seen..
I understood that there would be little sauce and so on.. It's OK... but the bun... She was just awful.. It was so dried up that it was crumbling !!! I do not know how much or where it was lying .. but it even had a taste.
I would have put less on it.. But the rest was fine.

Additionally, they took ice cream. It was given in a paper cup without a lid, without a stand, without a spoon, the order was placed with you. They clarified that there are no lids and stands. Carry it as you wish. The service is unclear.

Orders on the scoreboard either do not move at all, or jump up and down, the staff absolutely does not care about this, for all visitors the standard excuse is "waiting time 1 hour", and this despite the fact that all their products must be prepared in advance and they only warm them up. It is also worth adding that those who work there are in no hurry at all in their work, despite the huge flow of customers ..) We were there for the first and last time. Think for yourself.

I do not recommend it .They made a burger with a burnt cutlet, eat and feel the coals in your mouth, asked to change it, but they changed it to the same one with the same cutlet, so it was also cold and the bottom bun fell apart and the cheese was a layer.I do not recommend going there.
