This is not the first time this has happened, and today the orders just disappeared from the screen altogether, although I have not yet picked them up. I don't know if another visitor picked up my package, but it was worth at least signing the packages with the order number, as it was before. I would also like to point out that there are clearly not enough staff.. I want to place an order, and the cashier is preparing or packing orders at this time, I don't really feel like standing and waiting for ten minutes for you to be served... In general, everything is fine with the staff, they don't seem to be rude, and thanks for that. The interior is beautiful, there is nothing to complain about, the music is pleasant. Also, thank you for not putting lettuce leaves in the chickenburger, although it shouldn't be so surprising. In general, the establishment is good, a solid three, and the staff wants to send home to get enough sleep, they look too tired. I'll lower my grade just because of the staff.

The food is delicious, but the service leaves much to be desired. We were there once, and we were the only ones, and we waited about 30 minutes for the order. And once we ordered from the application, we arrived even later than as indicated in the message, we are told that the order will be prepared only after payment.... There was no such problem on the N3 plaze. We ordered and arrived on time, everything was ready and we paid only when we arrived.
