I ordered food with home delivery in the app. I've been waiting for an HOUR AND A HALF! The KC said that they were bringing food from this restaurant and the order was still being prepared! I understand everything, it's Friday night, the weather is bad, but to have such a waiting time… This is too much!
P.S. the food was delivered (waiting time is 1 hour and 47 minutes) the food is delicious, warm, no questions asked.
I ask you to deal with the negligence and disorganization of the staff of this restaurant. Because it's not the first time some flaws have happened. Sometimes not the whole order will be delivered, then the waiting time is long.

Positive: standard, as in all restaurants of the chain
Cons of this restaurant: I indicated latte in the order - they knocked out bonaqua, I found out when I picked up the order, to my question: was the girl mistaken? - she looked at me as if she wanted to kill me and with such a displeased face said that this was exactly what I ordered. The trash cans were overflowing to the brim, the tables were not cleaned, the toilets were filthy (in particular the men's, just terrible!)

No, no, and NO again. I ordered a double Bialowieza whopper. For that price, I expected something delicious... The meat is disgusting, it spoiled the whole impression. Farther. The potatoes are cold, it's like they've been lying all day and they gave it to me. I took another cheeseburger, I thought at least I would enjoy its taste, but no. It's dry and not tasty. Milk Shake took a chocolate one, I could feel the powder on my tongue with which it was made, it felt so-so. The only thing that didn't mess up is the sauce)) I don't know how it works, there seems to be only one Burger King franchise, but for example, they always cook delicious food at the same train station and sometimes I want to have a snack there. I strongly advise against this place, 0/10

недавно посетила Burger King в Минске, я осталась очень довольной своим опытом. Меню было очень разнообразным, и я нашла много блюд, которые мне очень понравились.
Я заказала один из их бургеров, и я была поражена свежестью ингредиентов и вкусом. Бургер был очень сочным, а сочетание мяса, овощей и соуса было просто идеальным.
Кроме того, обслуживание было очень быстрым и дружелюбным. Сотрудники Burger King были очень профессиональными и готовы помочь мне с любыми вопросами, которые у меня были.
Я также хотела бы отметить, что ресторан был очень чистым и ухоженным, и это создавало очень приятную атмосферу.
В целом, я была очень довольна своим опытом посещения Burger King в Минске, и я рекомендую его всем, кто ищет быстрое, вкусное и качественное питание.

Pleasant staff, delicious and fresh food, the hall, considering the weather, is very clean. I ordered 4 burgers, they were cooked quickly and efficiently, nothing fell out of the burger, everything was smooth and packed neatly. The hall has a very pleasant New Year's atmosphere. In general, everything is great, I advise everyone 🥰

Очень приветливый персонал,отлично обслужили,пожелали всего самого лучшего,вообщем сказка! Еда понравилась очень,теплая,не твердая,очень вкусно и сытно. Само посещение убранное, нету ничего чтобы мешало есть. Всем советую посетить этот ресторан!!!

It is very dirty and not vague. The workers are like sleepy flies, barely cooking. But they go to drink all the time with a check from a vending machine, the first time they look like that at all. The food was not cooked for a long time, there was no queue, but the food was already cold. The bun is soaked. Where these cold burgers came from is a mystery.

I often visit this institution, everything suits me, I have never had any problems, I rarely meet crowds of people, everything was always OK with orders, but there is one problem - this is a person who walks and begs almost every day, I want to sit quietly and eat alone or with friends, without strangers, this the person looks quite normal and obviously he can earn money himself, it would be nice if the administration dealt with this 😇

We arrived at around 20, the terminal gave an error when logging in, the order was made from the phone, of the 3 burgers, all 3 were cold (angus in Italian is probably what it should be, although it is unlikely, and the other 2 are definitely not served cold). There's nothing wrong with the service. Me, my sister and her friend ordered mango punch, and we started trying it...it's just water with paint and mango flavor, it wasn't even sweet, just hot water with flavor. But the drink stood, cooled down a little and became pleasant, with a sourness, but only for my sister and her friend, and nothing has changed for me. The French fries here are always savory, well salted, as I like 🙃
There is no soap in the women's toilet.
By the way, girls, clean up after yourself. It's just trash, you come in to wash your hands and it stinks.

It's a great place. It was on Sunday 02/18/2024. The hall is clean, there are many places. I ordered a double whopper and XL fries, cooked in half a minute maximum, only managed to put things in, it's ready. The sellers are nice. The whopper is almost like in the picture. The cutlet is not sweet, not salty, but MEAT. A wonderful place, I wish you prosperity

For an establishment on the main avenue, it looks neglected. There is no soap in the toilet, the furniture is stripped, the beverage dispenser has its own life. But the cherry on the cake was when Chicken tar-tar was brought, in which instead of chicken some kind of biomass in breading, the burger itself was cold as from the refrigerator, the cheese did not try to melt. After the outrage, it was replaced, but there is no desire to come here anymore.

Это отзыв не именно про ресторан, а про саму сеть. Если есть возможность там не есть не ешьте, всё очень дорогое в сравнении с качеством, купоны просто забей. Якобы бесплатные напитки, но абсолютно каждый купон с напитком, ща стакан платишь как за стакан с водой, а сильно больше чем 400 мл ты не выпьешь + напитки очень разбавленные. Теперь про купоны, а скорее про 5 за 7, бургер ± норм, станакан (куда же без его), мафин (себестоимость 20 копеек), 3 луковых кольца в панировке(тут не понятно чего больше панировки или лука, скорее панировки) и соус на выбор(вообще непонятно что в его можно макать из этого набора).

Обычный фаст-фуд. Обслуживание очень среднее- заказ оформила на табло, когда был готов,просто поставили на стойку и все. Подошла,спрашиваю-эио мой заказ номер... такой-то? Ответ- ну да, наверное,посмотрите по продуктам. Т е. это мог быть не мой заказ, его мог забрать любой другой и т.д. Очень шумно,столики стоят впритык друг к другу.Кто сидит около прохода-принаплыве всегда задевают.
И кстати, картошка фри была слегка теплой.

I ordered Caesar king, burger and coffee on the spot. I had to return the order, because the Caesar king that I was given looked like this: two rolls and pieces of chicken. That's it! There were no lettuce leaves, no tomatoes, no sauce in sight. The guy at the checkout refused to redo the order, unwrapped the burger and showed the vegetables. Attention to the photo: VEGETABLES. On the website or in the application, you can see how it should be. I never make a scandal and do not write angry reviews, but now my hands itched 😡 Customer orientation 0/10, cleanliness in the hall 0/10. I'm definitely not going back there anymore 👎🏼👎🏼

Удобное расположение ,рядом с метро.Уютная атмосфера ,хватает касс самообслуживания .Много мест посадочных,еду быстро готовят ,в зале чисто .Все вкусно,быстро и четко .Напитки не разбавлена ,все очень вкусно .Самое любимое мое заведение

Не знаю, были более лучшие ожидания.
Особенно, когда заходишь и 40%мест занятно чисто малолетками, которые ладно бы ещё ели что, так сидят в своих телефонах, как зомби. Мало того, что место занимают, так и другим не дают посадить свою 5-ую точку.
Бургеры как когда, то полежавший на "бине" бургер, то словно с пылу с жару.

Был сегодня в Burger King, и довелось мне впечатлиться самой вкусной, и лучшей кухней этого заведения (сарказм).
Салаты - состав просто ошеломляет. Салат айсберг с просто филе и сухариками, спасибо что хотя бы соус дали.
Для более рентабельности данных блюд, целесообразно добавить несколько ингредиентов. Такие как: помидор (можно черри) и огурец.
А то складывается ощущение что сделали это подобие салата для того чтобы гости просто выбрасывали деньги за глаза.
Бургер - это просто шедевр. Да, на вкус не такой отвратительный как на вид. Но тем не менее вкус догоняет внешний вид, спустя 5-10 минут.
Выглядит бургер как подгузник, который использовали по назначению, а потом на "гриле" приготовили и подали гостю.
Полагаю что с такими темпами и рейтингом, данному заведению осталось не так уж и много жить.
Люди не дураки, и прекрасно отдают себе отчёт в тех действиях, куда и на кого им тратить свои заработанные деньги.

Очень большой поток людей, места мало. Готовятся заказы достаточно быстро, но все зависит от загрузки. Бургеры вкусные, но картофель и луковые колечки раз на раз не приходится.
