Здравствуйте, расскажу вам об этом заведении быстрого питания американских кровей, место находится не далеко от станции метро "малиновка" необходимо пройти в гипермаркет простор, само пространство "Burger king" делит с "додо пицца" в этих заведениях, не очень комфортно находится, кресла пластмассовые, нет стоек с вешалками, для одежды, посещают люди со своей едой которые занимают свободные кресла,
заказ можно произвести через мобильное приложение, через киоск самообслуживания, через основную кассу,
еду готовят довольно быстро, про вкусы не спорят, как сказал Владимир Высоцкий,
вечером пару раз готовили картошку фри дико солёную и в масле мне даже понравилось спасибо заведению за такие вкусные порции,
также когда сидишь в данном месте вид только на стойку , или на кассы магазина, также в тут присутствует аппарат по разливу напитков, не советую им пользоваться, ибо там налито не понятно какого происхождения жидкости, хотя сотрудники заведения частенько себе наливают оттуда попить, персонал очень вежливый , иногда из-за наплыва посетителей очень грязно.
В общем и целом данное место заслуживает вашего внимания

Был 30.07. После 22.00. Сделал обычный заказ, 7 позиций, ничего сверхъестественного. Ждал почти 20 (!) минут. Пошел разбираться. Получил возмущенное "У вас фишбургер, знаете сколько рыба жарится!?" Ребята, знаю! За 20 минут можно пережарить всю рыбу в точке. Не извинились, ничего не сказали. Зато успели потрындеть со всеми доставщиками, поугощать их напитком.
Приехал домой, выяснилось, что заказ отдали не полностью (видимо, мало ждал). Отсутствовали крылья., а это почти 12 рублей. Позвонил. Сотрудники сказали, что я сам от них отказался! Ага, все забрал, а от этого отказался.
Я просто пожелал им приятного аппетита и положил трубку.
Ужасная смена. Да и сама точка - тоже, раз порядок не могут навести. Ни ногой больше!

В очередной раз к заказу не довезли коктейль. За день до этого при покупке в ресторане на вынос не доложили один из двух соусов, которые были в заказе. Постоянно косячат. Позвонил по телефону 375445640144 оставить отзыв. Ответили как будто разговаривают с подружкой между делом, а не на рабочий телефону, много "нууу" и "я не знаю". На прямые слова о том, что я хотел бы оставить жалобу мне сказали, цитирую:"нууу, может я вам... не знаю? комплемент в виде там кофе или пирожка дам". Что меня повергло в культурный шок. А когда еще раз сказал, что хочу именно жалобу мне ответили:"нуууууу... на сайте где-то, по моему, можно оставить". Отвратительно и ужасно. Как вы вообще доверяете таким людям работать с деньгами и едой если они ни заказ собрать ни могут, ни по телефону поговорить хотя бы сколь-нибудь профессионально?
Прошу не звонить мне на номер телефона, т.к. я не подниму трубку.

В период праздников в магазине очень много людей - часто столов просто не хватает, приходится брать заказ с собой. Точка удобна тем, что если живёшь за городом и к примеру дети заказали пару сетов на "побаловаться фастфудом", то можно быстро забрать и уехать дальше

Были 30.05.2022 с лучшей подругой, приехала из Слуцка, пошли в это место, так сколько была здесь соотношение качество-цена великолепное. Но сегодня происходило что-то непонятное, то ли у сотрудников первый день на работе, то ли просто безответственность. Заказ состоял из купона и ещё одного бургера с Роял Фри. На кассе уточнили Пепси с сахаром или без, попросили без,а принесли с сахаром, салфеток вообще не дали, вместо сырных медальонов, заявленных в купоне, принесли наггетсы!!!На зале никого нет пришлось стирать стол от крошек руками, но есть благо антисептик,которым можно после обработать руки. 3 звёзды за вкусную еду, сервис огорчил.

Добавлю отзыв свой я.
Начну с основного - крайне отвратительное место забитое подростками достигших пубертата. Сплошной мат-перемат.
Это эмоции. Теперь факты. Посещал это заведение 01.09.2022 примерно в 20.25 с сыном 10 лет:
1. Столики на столько плотно сдвинуты, что протиснуться между ними не задев кого-то достаточно трудно.
2. Столики не убираются своевременно от слова совсем.
3. Отсутствует санитарная комната с элементарным рукомойником.
Резюме: гадюшник. Заявляю с полной ответственностью. Всю выше сказанное можно проверить по камерам видеонаблюдения.
Вероятно буду писать в санстанцию заявление.
