Once again, the cocktail was not delivered to the order. The day before, when buying at a takeaway restaurant, one of the two sauces that were in the order was not reported. They're always messing up. I called 375445640144 to leave a review. They answered as if they were talking to a girlfriend casually, and not on a work phone, a lot of "well" and "I do not know". To direct words that I would like to leave a complaint, I was told, and I quote: "Well, maybe I'll tell you... I don't know? a compliment in the form of coffee or a pie there." Which threw me into a cultural shock. And when I said again that I wanted a complaint, they answered me: "Well... on the site somewhere, in my opinion, you can leave it." Disgusting and terrible. How do you trust such people to work with money and food if they can't collect an order or talk on the phone at least in some professional way?

But today something incomprehensible was happening, whether it was the employees' first day at work, or just irresponsibility. The order consisted of a coupon and another burger with Royal Fries. At the checkout, they specified Pepsi with or without sugar, asked for it without, but brought it with sugar, they did not give napkins at all, instead of cheese medallions stated in the coupon, they brought nuggets!!!There is no one in the hall, I had to wash the table from crumbs with my hands, but there is a benefit of an antiseptic that can be used to treat my hands after. 3 stars for the delicious food, the service was disappointing.

I'll start with the main one - an extremely disgusting place full of teenagers who have reached puberty. A solid rewind mat.
These are emotions. Now the facts. I visited this institution on 09/01/2022 at about 20.25 with my son of 10 years:
1. The tables are so tightly shifted that it is quite difficult to squeeze between them without hitting someone.
2. Tables are not removed in a timely manner from the word at all.
3. There is no sanitary room with an elementary hand basin.
Summary: the gadyushnik. I declare with full responsibility. All of the above can be checked by video surveillance cameras.
I will probably write a statement to the sanitary station.

We were with lp at this institution today. But the most interesting thing is that in two packages, and the order was quite voluminous, there was not a SINGLE NAPKIN!!!! This is some kind of nonsense.
