Disgusting! We made an order, we didn't confirm it for 20 minutes until we called the contact center. We sent a mocking SMS: we will deliver it in 45 minutes or a promo code as a gift... and the delivery time was indicated in the SMS 1h 10 minutes... after this time, the order did not arrive. They called 7566 and said another 30 minutes... and that's almost 2 hours delivery... the food naturally arrived cold... and there is no information on the site according to the law that should be...

How many times have I sworn not to come to the BC, there will be no next time, even the shares will not save. We ordered a combo with a friend for 7.90 and a big king.
1. The self-service terminal did not issue a receipt, the number quickly disappeared, we had to find out what the order number was.
2. Mirinda. More precisely, water with the taste of mirinda.
3. Stale, tiny rolls in burgers. There was something white on the bottom of the bun, similar to bread mold, I will not say, but the fact that the bun has been lying for several days and it was for sure. Burgers are dry, just strangle yourself without a noose around your neck.
4. The order was with me, the potatoes were put on their side, as a result, while it was carried to the terrace, the potatoes from their small bag flew in full into the general large one
5. Not a single napkin for me or my friend.
One point for potatoes and speed. Two identical orders were made in 5 minutes. But most likely the burgers were from bean or where you get your food from there.
For all 13 rubles, this is taking into account the fact that everything was discounted, without discounts, the cost of this is 20 rubles.

1 of course is not quite fair. But I am very angry because, having first placed an order through the vending machine (in order to speed up the process), I did not receive the receipt, and the order number treacherously disappeared immediately after I realized that there would be no receipt.
Employees move like turtles..... I sincerely believe that 2 CHEESEBURGERS (the most common burger, I remind you) wait 15 minutes, considering that there weren't so many people, well, it's wow simple)))) For some reason, people who made their order later than me received it, then I don't quite understand the logic of how the process of accepting orders and servicing is built.
Due to the fact that I was in a hurry and went TO a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT (which turned out to be not fast), I had to leave and leave my money and food as a tip to the staff apparently.
It is very insulting and sad. I'm still hungry!

Hello. The child, after watching an advertisement on TV, wanted to go and buy hamburgers and chickenburgers for 1.5 rubles / piece for the promotion on October 8. At the restaurant at 56 Gursky Street, the employees refused the promotion, said that the promotion was not working and called a different price, without explanation. It is sad that even on the website the action seemed to work, and on TV the advertising was "played" until the end of the day on October 8.

The concept of a family table is quite understandable, but it feels like this citizen used to work in the zone. His attitude towards visitors is terrible. Of course, we can say that no one is obliged to let them into their toilet for free. Let's move on to the next claim. The toilet here is just tin. There's water all over the floor (hopefully water), everything is terribly dirty and has a disgusting smell. Even having lunch in this BC, you don't want to go there, it's easier to go to a nearby institution. This toilet is clearly not worth buying anything to get there. And in general, it is not difficult to get to the toilet if there is someone there in front of you. You just wait for your turn, and then hold the door so that it doesn't have time to close. In fact, the combination lock is worth it so that you humiliatingly enter it near the door to the toilet. Well, yes, it is unlikely that with such a system it is possible to send children there on their own.

French fries are still tolerable, but onion rings, it is not possible to eat them. Well, I don't even know how to say about the shrimp roll. There are two shrimps in a batter in a small pita bread, because of which these shrimps cannot be considered, let alone tasted. Three thin strips of lettuce, either an iceberg or a pecan, and a drop of sauce. The sauce was delicious. And for that I had to give 8 rubles 90 kopecks. Are you serious? And the whole order was without a few kopecks of 20 rubles. I don't understand why such money?
I will not recommend your restaurant to anyone.

The last time I visited this institution at Kirov, 2. It seems to me that there is no such mess and dirt anywhere, the tables do not wipe this feeling at all once a day, the toilet, I'm sorry all.... It is very dirty, there is not even a place to put your feet on the floor, garbage and crumbs everywhere. The French fries are barely warm, the onion rings are raw inside, the dough is pouring out of them, they were fried even more raw when asked to replace them. Why is this attitude towards people?
