The door doesn't work in the women's bathroom. After a total of 30 minutes, the order was just ordered and another 30 were waiting. We won't come again

Everything is fine with cleanliness in the hall, but here's the question again: why are there so many empty bags and packages with new glasses scattered on the food delivery counter? And now I'll tell you about the dishes: I took a combo, and after waiting 40 minutes, I got dry fries and cold cheese medallions, but the burger turned out to be delicious. Since I was here for the first time, I thought that, like in all other burgers, unlimited drinks work, but they refused me here.
