We ordered a delivery set of 3 vopers, 3 large fries, 6 sauces, 6 strips and 3 drinks. Everything arrived cold, only the strips are hot. There are no onions at all in the containers, they are dry, it feels like only a bun and a cutlet, lettuce leaves with hard and thick stems. French fries instead of large portions are small, the potatoes themselves are undercooked and cold, like ordinary boiled potatoes, it is not possible to eat, everything has gone into the trash. Instead of cheese sauce, they put 2 curries, even though they didn't put at least one napkin. The service is just awful, the food is the same. The order was placed here for the first and last time. Yandex. Delivery left a comment about the order, but no response was received. Only with a personal visit to the institution, the issue of a refund was resolved

It's the worst place I've ever seen...
To begin with, there was a puddle from the restroom to the front door, which it was impossible to pass by even just to place an order. Yes, close for an hour, put everything away, and reopen, what's the problem? Of the three screens, only one is working. The tables are not cleaned, everything is covered in crumbs and greasy stains. When the order was prepared, I had to wait five minutes to pick it up, because only one and a half people worked from the staff. I had to shout and call for at least someone to come out and give the order. + they didn't put any napkins, not a single one. Okay, that's fine.

If you compare it with all the BC points that I visited in Russia and Belarus, this is the worst. For us, the main disadvantage was that the drinks were not refilled, which surprised us very much. Что могу сказать! Вкусно. Цена оправдана. Много молодёжи, зачастую тесновато, в прочем как и везде в час пик) Жаль, парковки нету рядом, но это не беда. Даже полезно после такой сытной еды прогуляться. Капучино отличное и можно сразу ведро, а не минзурку 230 мл. В сравнении с Макдональдсом лично мне намного лучше.

Просто ужас, мы были очень шакированы и ушли недовольным. Обслуживание никакое, на кассе молодой человек вообще необучен, просто принимает заказ, без подсказки чего либо, состав и тд. Бургеры ужасные. Бекон как будто отварили. Все не аккуратно собрано. Перепутали бургеры, положили 2 совершенно других. Бургер Барбекю был как будто с майонезом, кислый. Бургер с сыром и сырным соусом - невозможно есть. Обычно бургер кинг нравился больше других фастфудов
