There is a huge influx of people. I waited 25-30 minutes for my order. In addition, it is also difficult to find places. I am amazed how the staff cope and treat everyone with respect. But it is clear that it is difficult for four guys to serve a crowd of hungry people. I would like to add more staff there.
Otherwise, a very pleasant BC, perhaps one of the best that I have visited.

Sauces straight from the refrigerator, respectively, physically have a frozen state, which is very inconvenient and tasteless when you dip hot potatoes, nuggets, and so on in there.
Big King was with a cold bun in the truest sense - not even at room temperature, but cutlets that promise to be grilled, after which you wait for them with fervor, they were salted and cooled down. In general, it's bad in one word.
I saw the previous official answers that it was necessary to contact the manager and so on, but alas, the order was made specifically for pickup in order to run in, have dinner and go about my business, there was no extra time to wait for a replacement product.
I hope my comment will have an impact on improving the level of service in this restaurant.
