We made an order for a large amount, upon arrival we found that 5 hamburgers, double grand cheese, 6 nuggets, 2 glasses of pepsi with a volume of 0,4,2 small fries were missing. I do not recommend ordering here, disgusting people work

We stopped by in the evening at about 9 on a weekday, there were 2 cars in front of us, they took the order for 5 minutes, the cars left in front of us, drove to the delivery window for 15 minutes, they didn't even calculate right away. Upon receipt, they found a shortage, out of 2 combos, half of the second combo was missed, the most terrible attitude, at least they warned about the waiting time, but just stand and think how much longer to stand, 5 minutes or 30.

Disgusting Drive-through implementation. The first time I stopped by, I was the only one, I stood for a minute at the payment window, no one accepted the order, I left. But I'm not a 13-year-old girl to be offended like that right away, anything happens, for example, the manager squeezes the salary fund, but the crown prevents you from getting behind the cash register yourself. I drove not far the next day, I think I'll give you a second chance. But even here it did not work, because the order in the car in front of me is large and I will have to wait 15 minutes (the employees did not have the option to accept payment and send the client to the parking lot nearby, and then take out the order to him, as it is done in a McDuck). I'll stop by again sometime and edit the review, I'm already wondering what will happen. At the moment, I do not understand the meaning of the existence of a drive at this point, because there is no person at the payment window and there is no way to park a car if the order is delayed.
P.S. As promised, I will add a review. I stopped by 2 more times, everything is OK. But I was alone, so if you see several cars in front of you, get ready to wait, because there is no option to issue the next order in a situation when the previous one is not ready
