It's a train station, and that's basically the verdict. The establishment is trying to raise the bar and claim the "Luxury", but it doesn't work out very well. The renovation is not bad, but it is old. The renovation style (decorative columns, curtains on the walls, etc.) does not match the menu (burgers and shawarma). There may be people in the establishment with varying degrees of alcohol intoxication (including very drunk ones). The shawarma is surprisingly good. Not a top, of course, but quite decent. Stop by to buy some food quickly, please. But I don't recommend coming to spend time.
