I would have put 5 stars, but there were small disadvantages: 1) the pool is located on the 4th floor, closed on both sides by tall buildings, so the sun is there for max up to 12 hours, and then only shadow 2) the depth of the pool is 90 cm - great for children, but for adults it's like this 3) there was no transfer to the beach (it's possible only in winter, where-I read in the description of the hotel that there is a transfer) 3) the furniture in the room has certainly seen life 4) the absence of a Russian channel (for me it's not a minus at all, but even a plus, but maybe for some it will be important). Now about the good: 1) the service is excellent! Check-in is quick, the room is clean, without unpleasant odors, an apartment with two toilets and a kitchen. The extra beds were in the form of portable beds - quite comfortable for themselves, as well as the main beds. The kitchen had a limited number of cutlery, but at our request they brought everything - pots, plates, pans, etc. (I want to note the high quality of dishes and appliances for the kitchen). The washing machine worked with a bang. Powder and dishwashing detergent were bought, but I think if we asked, then they would have brought it to us - they just drove the guys with their requests, they did not bother. Coffee, tea, sugar were given every day just in packages, water 1.5 l bottles for each. Towels were changed every day (if suddenly some were missing, they were brought right there, if you asked) bed linen was not changed, but the beds were made to the nines every day - as for me, there is no need to replace bed linen every day. A lot of little things that pleased me - shower caps, ear sticks, nail files, thread with a needle!, a shoe-cleaning sponge, slippers, boxes of napkins, a bag for clothes - for the first time I see so many little things in four-star hotels, past standard gels and shampoos (there was even lotion) twice the manager came in and asked if everything was fine with us, whether the room was cleaned - I was just surprised by such control and such an attentive attitude to the service 2) the rooms were spacious, the view was towards the sea - quite to ourselves 3) we took breakfast - they were delicious and perfect as for me, everything you need for breakfast was always there - eggs in any form, fruits, buns, porridges, vegetables, muesli, cheese (many different types), sausages, etc. 4) a separate plus sign for coffee at breakfast is a real delicious coffee, strong enough, just a pleasure. 5) location (metro, shopping center, direct access to the mall from the hotel), 15 minutes by taxi to the sea (la mer beach) 6) room equipment: yes, the furniture is old, but there was everything - a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing board, an iron, a safe, and a hair dryer, bathrooms are equipped with everything you can for a comfortable stay, two TVs, multi-channel lighting of rooms (you can make the light brighter, you can illuminate only certain locations of rooms) In general, I'm just delighted with this hotel, but I can't put 5, rather 4.5. If the hotel slightly updates the renovation and furniture, it may well qualify for 5 stars with such a service. P.S. when you make repairs, do not forget to redo the pool 🙏😄
