I was passing through Gomel. I took shawarma - fast, tasty, satisfying. Sauce in moderation, garlic for flavor. Doesn't regurgitate all day afterwards. I wish you success in your business. Open in Minsk.

I ordered a pork rib kebab, 16p for 300g and two vegetable salads for 6 rubles. The girl who took the order was kind, it was nice. But when the order arrived, after unpacking it, I found that there were no salads, I called the courier back, he said that they were not given to him and he would be able to bring them in 40 minutes. Calling burum again, the girl said that the courier had already called her and they would bring everything. I agreed, after a couple of minutes the girl called back and said that the amount in the receipt was 35.70rubles, it was only for a kebab, since there were two servings with a total weight of not 600 g (as indicated in the menu 1 serving 300g) and the total weight for 2 servings was 620g... I was confused by the fact that for 600g on the menu 22p and for 620g it came out 35.70... But this is all nonsense, when I unwrapped the kebab, I was shocked, the meat is absolutely raw, from the word at all. A little bit of the skin was greased and everything was also mixed with hair, black, definitely not from the head, rather from the beard. I dialed burum again and demanded an administrator, THIS, the administrator, (allegedly) in broken Russian at first tried to prove that the meat was excellent and after all said "WELL, IF IT'S RAW, EAT WHAT IT IS", and hung up.. I have a question, what right do they have to communicate like this?? Who gives such a license??? I'm looking at them now, there are a lot of complaints about them. (I don't know why I didn't look at it right away)... What I want to tell customers is that I do not advise you to pay until you see what this institution has served you.....

I ordered a shawarma there....this is something with something, the whole family was sitting on the toilet, the meat was as dry as possible, the vegetables were clearly not the first freshness, the sauce was like water and garlic. In general, I do not advise ordering there. For this money, it's easier to do it yourself, and you'll be sure that you'll live to see the next day.

The shawarma is delicious. but!!! When ordering by phone, the girl asked, "can I make it more interesting?" To which I replied, "well, do it, and fry it harder," and when they took their 3 shawarma, they were unpleasantly surprised, since their "more expensive " costs 1.5 rubles for each shawarma!! We ordered 2 shaurmas, chicken and pork, the names were mixed up, and the meat felt like it wasn't fresh and it was just overcooked again, there was a lot of salad and little sauce
I don't say anything about rolls at all, I ordered a shrimp roll because I adore them, and as a result I got a baby inside, and everything else is a cucumber and a rotten avocado
In general, they have deteriorated, I will not go there anymore
