Nice rooms. Helpful nice reception. But, the hotel has some problems. Casino is closed, restaurant is closed, no room service, no breskfast. And some strange things happening: if you need a towel more, they charge 8 rubles. Not big money, but strange, you feel like something is wrong there!

Overall, it's not a bad hotel. We booked 2 rooms - one of them had a very small bathroom: to go to the sink, you need to close the door completely. The rooms themselves are quite large. Slightly outdated renovation (wallpaper that has moved away from the wall) It was an untidy moment - checking the room before departure: I haven't come across such a thing for a very long time - some kind of remnants of the past. Breakfast is only available from 10 a.m. Very close to the city center - 10 minutes on foot. There is free parking.

A comfortable hotel, attentive and helpful staff. Very comfortable, beautiful rooms, nice linen, soft bathrobes. And the breakfast in the restaurant exceeded all expectations! It's not a buffet, the service is like in a good restaurant, the decoration of the dishes is elegant!

VUTA is a great, beautiful hotel in Minsk! Excellent staff! The lovely girls at the reception and the young staff of the hotel, who are always present at the entrance to the hotel, are very responsive, friendly, attentive and sympathetic to any question you ask them! The room is clean, in perfect order, every day a set of necessary items in the bathroom is replenished. Thank you for the hospitality and pleasant atmosphere that prevails in this beautiful Hotel! I am a Belarusian, now a Muscovite, I was proud of my countrymen, I left Minsk, and such positive emotions were added to me, including thanks to the staff of this Hotel! Thanks!!!

The restaurant is very small, very cozy!!!!It has only been opened since the time of Covid. Breakfast is not included for hotel guests, menu. The menu is small so far. They cook very well. Cook👍5+. The staff is 5+👍. P.S. The soups are only fish, but they have just opened, they will fix it.

It is not the first year that we have stayed at the hotel and visited Booth's restaurant. I would like to highlight the waiters' attention to detail, starting from the little things to offer a straw to a drink to a lady with painted lips and ending with a well-chosen wine accompaniment for dinner. Cabernet Sauvignon went perfectly with rib eye cooked on the grill. The restaurant also provides a 24-hour room service, delicious continental breakfasts Buta is, from the first to the last minute, a feeling of coziness and comfort. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

In principle, the location is not bad. But the approach is limited to neighboring buildings. The rooms and plumbing have been tired for a dozen years. The view of the detention center was not particularly frightening. But the closed restaurant inside the hotel is inconvenient, especially when the weather is bad outside and umbrellas are not issued in the resort.

A very strange hotel in terms of booking. I booked a room with early check-in and late check-out. Upon arrival, it turned out that these wishes had passed by, because the full load. Although I booked three months in advance and everything was free. Instead of solving the issue, it was said that we should be happy, otherwise I would have paid for two extra days))) He did not explain that it was not about money. We survived the stated period in a degraded family room, and then moved to a normal hotel, where we were very surprised by this attitude. I love Belarus very much, I come here all the time, I highly recommend it, but not this hotel))) A couple of photos to understand why the room is degraded :) 1. Why is the TV in the second room, so it is removed) 2. The window is broken, even the advertisement is hanging. It was opening up from the wind, so I had to tie it up) 3. The handle on the inside of the toilet is broken, so they did not close, because then there would be no way out)
