Terrible attitude towards customers!
When ordering the monument, they said that they would make a medallion from a black and white photo, color it, dress it, add gray hair. The first option was thrown off gray hair and there is no trace, the clothes are terrible colors, they asked for changes. As a result, we dropped a few more options in which they change what they want, and not what we ask for! After that, they said that no one was going to do any more options for us, and so they "spent" and we had too big requests!
They offered to make a medallion in another place, and they would just stick it on the monument!
We don't need such a "bearish" service
We decided to order elsewhere! Here, just to take the money!
