We gave 17 for a small room, on the spot we were offered to get 3 and take a room instead of 20 sq.m. 37 with a separate sofa for the child and it was the right decision. After leaving, they wrote to us that there was some kind of stain on the carpet and they could not wipe it off, they asked us to send 20t. their dollars for dry cleaning, going to some kind of divorce
