Awful service, they overcharged me, for half million,insteaf of 50k they charged 500k!!!! NOBODY ever called to apologize, courier entered wrong amount and was proudly saying thats not a problem, we will return this money! oh really? of course you will, but instead of apologising and try to do something to somehow correct the situation, I had to call to call center for days and asking when and what? NOT EVEN A SINGLE call from their side! that was first and last time i ever order from this place!

I ordered through the app, they didn't call for confirmation, they called me and said they would call me back and let me know when they would deliver..They called back and said they would within an hour. An hour passed, they called and said they would bring it in 1.5 hours .It's just a SHAME!In the photo I added the time of the order and the time of their call that I still have to wait 1.5 hours

The courier delivered the delivery today.I have never seen such a terrible delivery. I broke the olive oil, and stained all the products with oil, Poured this oil everywhere: in the entrance, in the elevator and on the landing. At the meeting, he made a surprised face, as if he hadn't noticed what had happened. It'S just AWFUL!
