I ordered a bed in this store with 100% prepayment and a period of 4-5 weeks. After 4 weeks, I called, they said that they had a deadline of 40 working days. Then they were fed breakfast and said that they would give information about the status of the order the next day. The next day they didn't give it to me, I had to remind myself for several days. And when the order was ready, they said that the cost had changed and they had to pay 105 rubles extra.
Manager Polina can only speak beautifully. I do not advise anyone to place an order here.

Порадовала продавец Маргарита Рудчук. Знает все нюансы. Легко создаёт проект, стремится сделать оптимальный вариант. И как-то незаметно исчезает барьер продавец -покупатель. Ну, умница

The impression of the company is very twofold... The furniture is ordered, but the constant attempts to deceive managers (or interns, or it is unclear who) certainly do not paint the company.
We "lost" part of the order and had to go on our own to get it... No apologies, no compensation...
I will not apply anymore.
Well, and the furniture and assemblers(some) are good.
