I buy here regularly, everything is always fine. Despite the large number of orders, everything is done quickly and tasty. I'm taking away one star for rustic potatoes.… Its quality has deteriorated significantly at this point. We were with a friend at Dana Mall on 18.09, we made an order at the Food Court. Both took a snack box for about 12 rubles. The French fries are great, the chicken wings and strips are great too. But the meat in the nuggets was spoiled. At first they didn't understand, because they were eating with sauce, but it seemed that something was wrong. Then I tried it without sauce, and it was already clear that the meat was dripping. They did not arrange a debriefing on the spot, as they were leaving for a tour and had to leave to catch the bus. The trip turned out to be fun, as both had stomach cramps after a couple of hours. I won't describe the symptoms, but it's food poisoning, you wouldn't wish that on an enemy. Please check the quality of the meat in the restaurant so that no one else gets hurt.

I came here a couple of days ago, I can mention the excellent taste of French fries, but of course the chicken here is for an amateur. I ordered 7 nuggets, they were hot, but they tasted very bad. I also ordered a Fish burger, the cutlet was thin, but I want to note that it was quite tasty. I hope this problem is a one-time issue and it will be fixed quickly.

My wife and I visited the Mac bye restaurant in the Dana Mall shopping center. We ordered 2 combos and pies. We were pleasantly surprised. There were a lot of orders, but we got our order in 5 minutes. The burgers are very tasty and neat, the potatoes are crispy and slightly salty. The staff is very friendly. Everything was correct in the order. Everything was fresh and hot. I recommend it!!

Good afternoon. I recently visited this restaurant, I want to note that not only in this restaurant, but in general there is some kind of global problem with pies. I do not know what the difficulty is, what is the problem at all to give out a pie with the rest of the order at once. I ordered a combo with a triple cheeseburger and added a potato and mushroom pie. The main order was prepared quite quickly, although as always everything was cold -_-, by the way, this is also an eternal problem of poppies, when initially they bring you everything cold, but not the essence. They gave me the main order and asked me to come for a pie in 5 minutes. I came up after about 7 minutes, no one gave me a pie, because it turned out that no one even started cooking it in the kitchen. They asked for another 5 minutes and said they would bring it to me at the table and accordingly asked me to point to the table that I occupied. I showed it and was told to wait 5 minutes and that it would be brought to me. It took 15 minutes, I had already eaten the main combo and was about to leave, and so no one brought me anything and everyone didn't care at all. I don't understand what the problem is with these pies... As a result, I had to go myself for the 3rd time and then they already gave me my "golden pie". Of course, the impression is instantly spoiled by such actions.

I don't know if they moved from that company to this one, the big question is. According to the main comments: potatoes that remain in the tray from the previous frying are not thrown away but mixed with fresh ones. The selection of potatoes with "black eyes" is not controlled. Recently, I noticed that not everywhere children are taught to properly twist the rolls, which is why it is extremely problematic to eat it. Well, probably the most common moments are the incompleteness of the order (lack of the necessary ingredients, portion size and quantity of products). And I would also like to note that the oil that is used for frying potatoes is not exactly what it was before, because of this, potatoes have lost the very taste that they loved…

Nevertheless, the former McDonald's, in my opinion, exceeded the current level. From the latest offers (burgers with cheese patty), I can note that they turned out to be unsuccessful: dry and without the expected stickiness, despite the advertising promises. Competitors from Kentucky have a similar burger much tastier, with stringy cheese and rich flavor.
