My girlfriend and I went to look at dresses for the wedding, but they try to get dresses without trying , the way they talk and their attitude to the customer is very disturbing, I definitely don't recommend it !

I went to the store called By Belgin located in Ankara Karum Shopping Mall to look at an engagement dress. However, I was met with an incredibly uncomfortable, condescending, discriminatory attitude by the store employee. Although I meant the dress, he took it from me by saying, "If you won't buy it, you don't need to try it on," and from the moment we entered, he was sarcastic and insulting, as if we couldn't afford to buy that dress. He also tried to ask what my mother, father, and fiance did, and he set an attitude accordingly. Later, I saw similar complaints about the same store on social media and contacted these people. They said that they had experienced exactly the same situation that I had experienced. Therefore, I believe that this incident is not an individual case, but the general approach of the store. So this doesn't seem like a one-time event. For this reason, I definitely do not recommend it. A store that should never be visited and shopped in.

I went to try on a dress for my wedding last week, I really liked a model, but I didn't want to make a decision right away for such a special day. It stuck in my mind, a week later I wanted to go back and try again. Just as I was entering the store, I said bluntly: “I tried it last week, I wanted to see it again.” But the attitude I encountered was incredibly rude. They made a sentence like ” We are not inspecting for the second time". I mean, they probably haven't really thought about how to buy a dress without trying it on, without seeing it on me for the last time before buying it. Indifference aside, that style is never acceptable. To treat someone like this who has come back with one in mind in so many models shows that they really have no intention of taking care of the customer. If I'm coming for the second time, then I'm coming with the intention of buying. I definitely wouldn't recommend it, I was very disappointed.
