When I arrived at the pick-up point on the specified day, they did not have an order. They advised me to contact the store by phone and clarify the details. After contacting the store, I was informed that they did not have the book and would not have it. It turns out that they initially gave me false information about the delivery date, although they knew that the book was out of stock. I wasted my time waiting and driving to the pick-up point. I am extremely disappointed with this attitude towards customers. If I had been told right away that the book was out of stock or that it was impossible to deliver it during the process, I would not have wasted time on pointless waiting. Everything could have been reported in advance.
