I happened to witness the communication of a service employee, and most likely the manager himself, with a client, a customer of spare parts for digital equipment.
They brought the part, it did not fit because they sold the wrong one, knowing that they were giving the wrong one!.plus, there was a correspondence and a photo where it was painted what we needed and what they would sell us... As a result, when the courier girl arrived for the part, knowing which one was needed, the workers still handed over the wrong one and another damaged one. Apparently, they hoped to push the defective and damaged part to inexperienced craftsmen. Insisting that she would have been suitable too... If she would have worked.I don't even understand that this is not a high-quality service... And fraud in relation to customers.!!!! Apparently, this is the order of things for them... And such an approach to work. But We can't do that to our customers!!! Who trust the repair of their digital equipment.. And therefore, having discovered a discrepancy upon arrival, they immediately returned to replace it with the right one.
This service was biased towards replacing it with a suitable part and somehow with a negative attitude.. Okay, they were replaced with grief in half .... The situation then repeated with the motherboard. They sold a non-working one. They came to replace it, reluctantly did it, dragged their time, and delayed it in vain. By the way, we agreed to meet in the morning and resolve all issues at the appointed time, when the specialist arrived. He was told that nothing was ready, why he had come.And they didn't even apologize.
I'll add it!!!It doesn't matter if the service is large or small, the quality of service provision and customer focus are important.!!!

I STRONGLY recommend that anyone who wants to buy something in this "store" read the negative reviews first. There you will see a real assessment and the service that you will receive by visiting this place. Where 4.7 comes from remains to be guessed, probably a cheat. I wanted to write a detailed review, but other "lucky ones" have already written everything before me. In short, I purchased the original battery, which turned out to be garbage in fact. They refused to change it after finding a bunch of formal reasons. Although any adequate customer-oriented seller, seeing that a phone with a new battery turns off at 70% charge, would agree that the battery has become unusable. Which is quite a common occurrence in case of improper storage. After all, the production date is 2016, i.e. the battery is about 7 years old. However, the owner of this stall firmly believes that Everything he sells is of exceptionally excellent quality, and if you try to prove otherwise, this buyer is a fool. As a result, I actually have a broken phone, money spent that was not returned to me and the need to prove my case. Just a bunch of unnecessary problems for me. I will contact consumer protection and the executive committee, and I also recommend doing this to all those who have suffered at the hands of these bad (in my experience of interacting with them) people.

I ordered the original battery for a Samsung phone with a capacity of 1000 mAh. When placing an order, I also wrote in additional text that I needed exactly this one. They sent it. Not original, with a capacity of 800 mAh. I called them. I was told that they called me and warned me that the battery would be different. It's funny to lie like that and claim that this topic has already been discussed with me)))
And I guess I forgot? By the way, non-original batteries in other places are 1.5 times cheaper than theirs. In general, I do not recommend it!
