I fixed it and took a picture, although it's quite difficult to do it myself. They reviewed my documents for about 3 days and the result was a refusal to register. To say that I was shocked is an understatement. I couldn't find out what caused it. The attempt to contact them to find out what the reason was was conducted exclusively by e-mail. They referred to clauses 3 – 5 of the user agreement and that was it. I tried to have a conversation with them, but apart from repeating that your registration was rejected based on these points and that's it. I tried to contact them via telegram, but there was no result either. Although now their channel appears in my telegram once every few months. I have to delete it. Although I'm surprised that tech support is trying to figure something out, aren't you trying to have a direct dialogue with customers, or is it above you? I think it's just an unsubscription. So be prepared that you will not pass the verification, and you will not be able to find out the reason, because this is a state secret.
