A normal simple hotel with no excess but cheap and the reservation can be canceled until the last moment without sanctions spacious rooms, no breakfasts, lunches, dinners, very friendly staff, I just got stuck there because of the war in Israel and had to spend 10 days there were great impressions

We visited you on 31.10. I express my gratitude to the staff of the hotel chain: by mistake, we first arrived at another branch. The reception staff took care and called a taxi himself so that we could be taken to the correct address. We were not charged for the taxi. The room is clean, the bed is large, the mattress is comfortable. The breakfasts are awesome, a huge selection. Thanks again for the hospitality!

The hotel is basically not bad, I booked through booking, we settled in without any problems, the staff speaks Russian. It was not possible to pay for the RSHB with a Union pay card, they charge a 5% commission from the old dollars, I paid with local ones. The Deluxe room is pleasant, without frills. I didn't like the hard bed and the leaky toilet. The breakfasts are not fancy, but there is something to eat. We got up for breakfast at the opening so that we wouldn't eat everything.

We stayed at this hotel in the middle of May. The hotel is certainly not new and requires renovation. All rooms require renovation. The baseboards are all broken, the bathroom is dirty, there are no doors in the shower stall when you wash the whole tub in water. The breakfasts aren't great either. There were 2 types of salad, both spoiled, except for cheese and sausage, there is nothing edible. The receptionist changes every 2 hours. We were mistakenly booked for 4 days, although we asked for 3 days. The payment for 1 day was not refunded to us, although there was a mistake on the part of the hotel administrator. Since they often changed, they referred to each other and refused to return the money. We booked one room and were given a completely different one. In general, next time we will choose a different Hotel.

Pros- the room is spacious, the renovation is fresh. Cons: there is a persistent smell of nicotine in the toilets. We stayed twice in different rooms on the 1st and 3rd floor, each time this smell was present. Modest breakfasts. If you come to the beginning at 7:30, then there will be eggs and porridge. They are added reluctantly in small portions, only on request. All three breakfasts in the assortment were exactly the same. For the first breakfast I got only sausage with cheese. The request to take out at least porridge or eggs was ignored.

I stopped by by accident because I arrived early in the morning. Thanks to the staff for quickly finding a room for me. I didn't book in advance. Clean, comfortable, cozy! The room has a refrigerator, TV, electric kettle, black and green tea, water, shower, clean bathroom.node. Breakfast is included (buffet) from 07:30 to 10:00 but unfortunately I overslept breakfast. WiFi works well.

Wonderful staff, delicious breakfasts, there is a patio where you can relax in the evening. Excellent location: near the Capital Bank branch and the Russian consulate, the center of Tashkent can be reached in 20 minutes by bus. Near the railway station and the Macro hypermarket. The only disadvantage is that Wi-Fi is not always stable. Otherwise, everything is fine.
