They sell household appliances, carefully mask defects and send them by cash on delivery via kufar. Reviews are being manipulated there, so don't leave them. Employee Andrey "merges" and stops responding. The company is unitary (state-owned), so they don't care about reputation. I bought a vacuum cleaner on 03/05/25. The warranty service generally said that some of the parts were removed or filled with water, it would be cheaper to buy a new one.
