I was visiting your city, I live in Moscow. It was necessary to replace the battery in the watch, they recommended you, since there is a special press, the watch is difficult to close, not easy. The battery was replaced quickly, there are no questions, I paid something in the region of 20 rubles or more, I do not really understand whether it is expensive or not, I am a citizen of Russia. I returned home and less than a week has passed, but the clock has become, it does not go!!!!!! The degree of my indignation is beyond all bounds, it's a pity that I'm far away, I would have expressed everything in person!!! Excellent service and batteries in Baranovichi! It should be a shame for low-quality goods and services! It's just very unpleasant!

The issue with the watch was resolved in a matter of minutes, while ZIKO offered to withdraw the watch for 14 days to be sent to Minsk for a regular battery replacement)
