It is not the first year that I have trusted my vacation Budget tour and every time I am satisfied with the result. I would like to express my special gratitude to the Travel Agent Marina for her help in preparing a passport in the format necessary for applying for an electronic visa to India, despite the fact that obtaining a visa was my area of responsibility. My last 5!!!I entrusted the holidays with a Budget tour and did not lose! For the first time, on the advice of friends, I appreciated the high professionalism of the employees, liked the more favorable price and the quick solution of one question already in Egypt) They were in touch all the holidays, helped and advised, and upon arrival they ALWAYS asked if I was satisfied, which is very nice) and I am also pleased with the red suitcase and pillow presented by the travel agency, so to speak, bonuses for regular tourists) I will still contact you, so Olechka, Marinochka, Ilya wait) PS with the choice of direction and country, they explain the minuses and pros of the region, weather conditions and residents in general VERY clearly)))

In July we rested 2 + 1 in Kusadasi, a wonderful hotel, amazing sea! Very good animation, the child was always in business, I didn't have to be bored! But we, adults, meanwhile, could lie quietly in the sun and relax. In general, as always, everything is cool!

This year I decided to apply for the selection of a tour, the girl listened to my wishes and said she would select suitable options during the day, but not on this day, neither the next nor the week after, no options were thrown off like that. Another travel agency quickly helped with the tour on the day of the appeal. With such an attitude towards clients, this was my last time when I applied to this travel agency.

I don't recommend it.
after receiving the money in any force majeure, the company will not help you. as happened to us. deal with the problem as you want. all the workers froze off: look for a way out yourself.
and apparently there is a problem with the English language: you are offered to pay extra for a room with a sea view, but in fact it was written with a limited sea view, which means a view of it is unclear what and a piece of the sea far away and from the side.
two problematic trips. from now on, there is no more "budget tour" company.
all good reviews: you're just lucky. but if you encounter a problem, ask the travel agents of the "budget" for help, be prepared that you will be thrown with the problem alone.

We contacted this agency upon request for a vacation . Some hotels have been updated . Olga's manager just started ignoring the messages. I understood that they just didn 't want to strain themselves , like, choose what you have . This is the first time I 've encountered such an attitude . Horror
