They ruined my jacket. She gave me a recently purchased jacket, which she stained almost the first time she wore it. They ruined the fabric with their processing. The management does not respond to the claims in any way. We have not been able to solve the problem for 3 months now, we are in correspondence. According to the management, the stain was cleaned, and the fact that the fabric was ruined is not our problem. The service was rendered.
