They sent you for an expert examination, where they confirmed that everything was done correctly on their part, and you immediately signed an agreement that you would not make any claims. Wise. That is, at the start, before doing the procedure, consult about which procedure should be done for your item, and which should not be done, is it not an option? Or does the technology work, the more you accept an order, the higher the percentage of sales and the higher the PO of the consultant? What kind of "professionals" do they work for? Obviously not for the client. You can, of course, send for an additional "independent" examination, and if they say the same thing, then please charge you 90p, empty. Thanks, I'll decline. With these efforts, it was possible to acquire something new, rather than restore the old. It's just awful. I don't recommend it to anyone.
