At one of the reception points, however, they said that if they didn't take it anywhere, then they should go to Belinsky 5. This is the main site of C&D dry cleaning. Go. The building is in excellent condition, with a beautifully renovated lobby with waiting areas and a convenient place to receive items. Attentive and knowledgeable specialists at the reception. They asked me to wait and took the jacket to the cleaning specialists in the workshop. A test cleaning was done on a small spot on the jacket, the result was positive: it can be cleaned. We placed an order, made a discount on the pension certificate, and while we were waiting, we persistently treated the visitors to sweets, and promised to fulfill the order in five days. And so it was. They did everything perfectly, the jacket looked great, it was hard to even identify the spot where the stain was. Many thanks to the staff for taking their work seriously and paying attention To the people. Now, on occasion, we only go to C&D. I recommend this company to anyone who needs high-quality cleaning of clothes.

Things are crumpled, in torn packages. The quality of such washing and delivery of laundry is extremely questionable. They were delivered in four identical neat bags. They were given out in three of ours, one of which was torn, and a large black bag where the laundry was dumped. After such a wash, I would not risk putting such linen on the bed.

I came to receive two blankets for Belinsky. The employee couldn't find one of them for a long time. As a result, a seemingly similar product was found. I took it away, took it out of the bag at home, and it turned out that the blanket was for children. And I had 2 * 2.2 meters. I went back. There is a small queue of two people in the room, the same employee informs me in a rather boorish manner that she has lunch in ten minutes, she will not have time to serve me, and in general, I am completely to blame for this situation myself. As a result, I had to write an opus in the book of complaints. The very next day, the dry cleaner called to say that the blanket had been found. I came to pick it up, talked to the very woman who discovered my lost textile. The complete opposite of his colleague! A polite, cultured, pleasant-to-talk person! I also apologized for the negligence of a negligent employee from the previous shift! Although she definitely has nothing to apologize for. I am sincerely grateful to this person for such a prompt solution to my blanket issue! And the most annoying thing is that most likely both employees receive +/- the same salary! From now on, when visiting this dry cleaner, I will be serviced only by this wonderful woman!

I walk over to the table where they offered me a seat. There are threads hanging above it, and you can even match them. But no, they should be blue and in three rows. I ask why there are three rows like this. They answer me so that it doesn't break anymore. Dear dense Marina, probably at the factory where the dress was sewn, the technologists provided one invisible seam so that the fabric would not tear, but the threads would break. But you've probably decided that I'm going to wear potatoes in this dress, and loose loose threads. I attach before and after photos. I didn't ask for crooked artistic embroidery. And bomb three lines in one place with a needle. This will ruin the fabric structure. But apparently the person either doesn't understand. Or he doesn't see it, or both.

I do not recommend anyone to use the services of this dry cleaner!!! Maximum zero service and unwillingness to solve queries. Constant shifting of responsibility. I applied twice to the dry cleaning of the down jacket. For the first time, the belt from the jacket was lost. No one knew where he was, they shrugged their shoulders, found him a few days later, and thanks for that! I thought that it doesn't happen to anyone, it's not scary to make a mistake once. The second time I applied again for dry cleaning of the same product. And of course, as it is written in all the reviews above, the product's readiness period has been greatly changed. And on the very last day (as it says in the receipt, the delay of the product is a maximum of 5 days) there was no down jacket. You call, you ask, no one knows. It just doesn't exist. They give you a number that you should call, even call, because they don't answer you from the 10th time to find out where your thing is. At the other end of the line, they also tell you that they don't know and transfer you back to another number. Dry cleaning called "returned and thanks for that"

On May 27, there was a wedding, in a new newly sewn wedding dress (Kuraje) (14 days later, the wedding dress was given to the C&D dry cleaner, the contamination was only on the inside of the corset from tanning, verbally we were assured that little time had passed and everything would be as new, although they indicated such defects in the contract how (Old stains, yellowness, creases, puffs, holes, tears, defects and scatter throughout the product, 60% wear all this with a new dress that was worn once) We think well, okay. What was our surprise when we were shown it after dry cleaning, half of the dress turned gray, pink streaks all over the upper part, all the decorative petals were disheveled (threads sticking out), the beads fell off. We wrote them a claim, of course they said that everything was done according to standards and blah blah. We were told if you do not agree, we can contact an "independent expert organization " (that's who would check on what conditions C&D works with this organization - the forensic expert board at Zhukovsky 11a). There they began to poke us with this contract, that grayness, violation of coverage, manifestation of hidden defects might remain, in general, we did not learn anything new, to all our arguments about a spoiled dress, the "expert" always answered on the side of C &D, there was a feeling that it was not worth continuing the dialogue further. In general, the result: 140p money for VIP dry cleaning is lost, the dress is ruined. The moral of this fable is this - forget the direction of the road to this negligent C&D dry cleaner, I hope they will be closed soon, since judging by the complaint book, there are an unfair number of dissatisfied customers!
