I gave away a winter down jacket for cleaning. I was afraid to wash it myself, as there is a note that cleaning in water is prohibited. This organization has put the product into operation, while absolving itself of responsibility for any damage caused by prohibited cleaning in water. After reading, the down jacket was clean, the dirt was removed, but the fabric softener crumpled and lost its volume. If I did my laundry at home for free, I would get the same result. Thanks for the clean, but no longer needed jacket.

When handing over a new down jacket (I ate ice cream, I planted spots on my chest), I had no doubt that everything would be fine. When cleaning the down jacket, the holes on the front side of the collar were wiped with the inside of the buttons. I applied for a damage review. There, in response, they pointed out to me that in the dry cleaning contract it was indicated that the seams were crooked, the fabric was worn, greasy, the buttons were worn out and the down jacket was 70% worn. Read the contract when you take things to the dry cleaners. I'm not going there anymore.

The work was done and delivered to the specified pick-up point after 7 working days. There is no service ( both conversations with the client and work in the shortest possible time).
