It was the first time I did this, I had no idea what clarifying questions to ask, but I understood one thing for sure that I wanted to get my thing in the same form as I handed over only clean. The consultant did not ask me about the filling of the down jacket, although she should have. Bottom line: I pick up jackets with lumps of sintepon, i.e., I have to straighten and restore the jackets to normal myself after an expensive dry cleaning. When accepting the jackets, I said that I was unhappy and I was not satisfied with it - the "specialists" just shrugged their shoulders in silence. If I had known and been warned that the jacket would be in lumps, of course, I would have left and not trusted such "specialists".

I asked to do dry cleaning urgently, before the price was acceptable, even taking into account this function, this time the entire dry cleaning service was estimated at 160p.. she showed me a discount card, the price dropped to 156p) I forgot my scarf in my jacket sleeve, and when I remembered it the next day, it was impossible to reach them (I wanted to tell them about the forgotten scarf). As a result, I didn't take the jacket, but a piece of fabric with a knocked-down filler at the bottom of the jacket, and of course without a scarf. When asked why the jacket was in such terrible condition, the answer was "we are not responsible for your belongings and for whether the fluff gets lost or not." The service is zero, I'm serious, this is my first negative review. The jacket should have been ready on September 20 (I was satisfied with this date), since on September 21 I would have had an exit in it. At the point, I was informed that I would receive an SMS about the readiness of the order. On September 20, I receive an SMS saying that the order is delayed and it will not be ready on time. They didn't answer my calls, they didn't call me back. On September 29, I couldn't stand it and came to see if the jacket was ready. Naturally, I did not receive any SMS or calls about readiness. And now the long-awaited moment has come. They brought me a jacket, supposedly it's ready. The main criterion for why I brought the jacket here is the proximity of the dry cleaner's location to MM. And also, when I handed over the item, I specifically clarified whether the smell would be removed from the jacket. I was assured that the smell would be removed. If they had told me that the smell would not be removed, or we would not be able to help, I would have turned to another place. I immediately sniffed the jacket, the smell did not go away. For information, I handed over a brand new, not worn jacket with a label. The smell is the impregnation of the fabric (the jacket smells of a chemical smell). I've had this cleaned up in other places. I asked: so the smell has not disappeared anywhere? The woman at the checkpoint begins to behave arrogantly: you have dry cleaning, you were warned that the smell will not go away. I say no, and I paid 55 rubles just like that and my order was delayed for so many more days? She replies: Your order was not delayed, your order was ready on the 20th. I say: how ready is it if you sent me an SMS that the order is not ready… I called you several times... they didn't answer me. She: Are you sure you called? If you had called, we would have answered or called back as a last resort. Then the most interesting thing begins. I'm showing the call history. Woman: Oh, well, you only called once. As a result, we had a fight, I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible, I signed the papers and left. The conclusion is as follows: the service was not provided in the proper quality (the smell remained). I was accused of not calling them enough, so they didn't answer or call back. I did not receive any SMS or calls about the order's readiness. I went to the reception center at my own risk, as there was no information about the readiness of the jacket. I paid 55 rubles for a service that was not fully rendered. However, you have definitely lost customers in the form of me and my family, who would bring jackets, coats, shoes, down jackets for cleaning and hemming on a regular basis. I gave away a good quality black jacket, I got it back with brown streaks and in places it shone like after an iron, as well as the inner decorative element on the lining was disheveled and lost color (the jacket was matte cotton). There was nowhere to complain, because before that they took a receipt that they were not responsible, because there was no label with instructions for care. But if there are no instructions, is it really impossible to clean everything at minimum?! The jacket costs 440 rubles. Before we put it in the trash, we decided to wash it ourselves in a regular typewriter. And lo and behold, almost all the brown is gone! The cars were covered in brown sand. Of course, the hangers were damaged after the machine, but I restored everything else, the lining could not be saved. It turns out that they applied some kind of compound and DIDN'T WASH it OFF and gave it to me, but I really could have thrown away something that wasn't cheap at all. I am very disappointed with this place
