The rating is highly inflated. Don't believe it. Only negative reviews are true. Because of the behavior of the administrators and the seamstress (and the management, which does not take any measures, but only protects its employees), you will have to look for another dry cleaner. I'm tired of putting up with their rudeness, as well as the way they blindly cheat customers! They take inflated prices "from the head", and not from their own price list! And they also refused to give me a discount on their discount card! The amount, you see, is not big enough! And when I came to demand a refund of the amount they had shortchanged me by, they started yelling and threatening! The horror! We are also tired of frequent delays in orders, as well as the lack of notifications! Complaining doesn't help! The management, as always, allegedly does not see any violations (instead of apologizing and finally improving their service)! They won't get a penny from me anymore!
I don't want to receive any more answers from this organization, which is just trying to "whitewash" itself! I'm not writing for her, but for people, so that they know what this dry cleaner is like!

I strongly do not recommend it.
1. Violation of deadlines and agreements. If you are planning an event and need cleaning by a certain date, please forget about this place.
2. The service is zero, I'm serious, this is my first negative review. The jacket should have been ready on September 20 (I was satisfied with this date), since on September 21 I would have had an exit in it. At the point, I was informed that I would receive an SMS about the readiness of the order. On September 20, I receive an SMS saying that the order is delayed and it will not be ready on time. They didn't answer my calls, they didn't call me back.
On September 29, I couldn't stand it and came to see if the jacket was ready. Naturally, I did not receive any SMS or calls about readiness.
And now the long-awaited moment has come. They brought me a jacket, supposedly it's ready. The main criterion for why I brought the jacket here is the proximity of the dry cleaner's location to MM. And also, when I handed over the item, I specifically clarified whether the smell would be removed from the jacket. I was assured that the smell would be removed. If they had told me that the smell would not be removed, or we would not be able to help, I would have turned to another place.
I immediately sniffed the jacket, the smell did not go away. For information, I handed over a brand new, not worn jacket with a label. The smell is the impregnation of the fabric (the jacket smells of a chemical smell). I've had this cleaned up in other places.
I asked: so the smell has not disappeared anywhere?
The woman at the checkpoint begins to behave arrogantly: you have dry cleaning, you were warned that the smell will not go away.
I say no, and I paid 55 rubles just like that and my order was delayed for so many more days?
She replies: Your order was not delayed, your order was ready on the 20th.
I say: how ready is it if you sent me an SMS that the order is not ready… I called you several times... they didn't answer me.
She: Are you sure you called? If you had called, we would have answered or called back as a last resort.
Then the most interesting thing begins. I'm showing the call history.
Woman: Oh, well, you only called once.
As a result, we had a fight, I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible, I signed the papers and left.
The conclusion is as follows: the service was not provided in the proper quality (the smell remained). I was accused of not calling them enough, so they didn't answer or call back. I did not receive any SMS or calls about the order's readiness. I went to the reception center at my own risk, as there was no information about the readiness of the jacket. I paid 55 rubles for a service that was not fully rendered.
However, you have definitely lost customers in the form of me and my family, who would bring jackets, coats, shoes, down jackets for cleaning and hemming on a regular basis.

She wrote that the wear of the thing was 60%, although it was almost new. When we were asked to give a book of complaints or the opportunity to write that we were not satisfied with the result of dry cleaning, I just started being rude, refused to provide a book, did not allow us to take pictures of the jacket and scuffs. Данный пункт я выбрала по причине его близости к моему месту проживания, но оказалось это не единственный плюс! Да и сложно найти какие-либо минусы, потому как качество стирки и скорость оказания услуг на высоте. Свежее белье всегда запечатано в пакеты. Отдельно хочется отметить сотрудников Татьяну и Елену - всегда вежливы, дружелюбны, всегда подскажут, какой вариант услуги лучше выбрать, излучают позитив и дарят хорошее настроение.
