We took our things to this dry cleaner several times. The stains from the jacket were not completely washed off, and some hair and lint remained on the hem of the wedding dress. We handed in a new down jacket, and when we handed it over, we asked if we needed a winding for small parts so that they wouldn't deteriorate, and we agreed. As a result, only the zipper dogs were wrapped, the ropes were not wrapped, they were returned in a terrible state, they were not warned about it when they were issued, there was no way to check on the spot. We will not contact this dry cleaner anymore.

But this dry cleaner returned them in perfect condition!! Just like new. We gave everything away on hangers and in cellophane cases, it's nice) In general, I highly recommend it!

The worst dry cleaning. They handed over a jacket with water stains on the lining. Instead of the stated 7 days, the order was executed for 15 days. And as a result, I received the item in exactly the same condition as when I handed it over. It seems that it has not even been cleaned. I'm sorry for what I have to pay if the service is not provided and there is no result. Moreover, during these 15 days, no one even called and warned that something was wrong. They refused to return the money and took the jacket for "quality control". Having demanded a book of complaints, they gave some kind of A4 sheet. If you do not want to hand over a thing and forget about it for a long time and at the same time get it back with stains, then I do not advise you to this organization. The service is at its fullest.
