I want to express my great gratitude!) First of all, I would like to mention the work of the staff, they are very nice girls, they paid a lot of attention, they told everything very patiently, advised, warned about the risks!) Due to the quality of the services, I brought a light jacket to be cleaned, I often have to carry several bags at once, both the usual daily one and from the laptop, sometimes a spotty one is also added, because of this, the whole new jacket was worn from dark bags, and went without much hope that it could already be saved and returned to its normal appearance. But when I came to pick it up, I just couldn't believe it, it was perfectly clean, like new!)

They fixed my leatherette pants, initially they said that this was not done, but they did it under my responsibility, but they did not leave me in trouble. The order was ready in a few hours. Very pleasant and sociable women. We advised you on future issues.

Disgusting service. They set the date of readiness for a certain date, as a result, the sms about the delay did not arrive, although my friend came and dialed the dry cleaner on that day, and they answered me rudely that they had a different date altogether and had to wait another week! (Although the date is clearly written on my form). Then, on the rescheduled day, I called again, again nothing was ready, and again no SMS came. As a result, the product was ready only after another week, no one bothered to call me when they were ready, I dialed myself a day later and clarified. When I called and was told that everything was ready and could be picked up, I arrived, and it turned out that not everything was cleaned. Again, + 2 weeks of waiting, no warnings about the transfer and that the product has not been completely cleaned. And this is also on New Year's Eve... 0 apologies and tactless responses to my complaints. And my friend returned 3 more times to redo many things. I do not recommend this dry cleaning service to anyone.
