When contacting this dry cleaner, I was guided by the reviews here, unfortunately, but I should have read the book of comments and everything would have become clear immediately.

Disgusting dry cleaning. I sent things for quality control twice - apparently, it's impossible to provide a high-quality service the first time. After the first cleaning, black stripes, spots and streaks appeared on the light raincoat. The employee tried to prove that it was a shadow falling, and it seems to me. The buttons they sewed on fell off after a week. They should have inserted the button into the jacket, but they forgot and just put the patch in an empty place. The belt from the coat remained dirty after two cleanings, and the fabric was worn and spoiled. The stain on the coat was not removed at all. The staff's response: "Well, it didn't work out." Although they said on the phone that it had been removed. SMS alerts about readiness come every other time, so there is a chance that your item will hang there for a month just like that. Then why work at all if nothing works out?

They set the date of readiness for a certain date, as a result, the sms about the delay did not arrive, although my friend came and dialed the dry cleaner on that day, and they answered me rudely that they had a different date altogether and had to wait another week! (Although the date is clearly written on my form). Then, on the rescheduled day, I called again, again nothing was ready, and again no SMS came. As a result, the product was ready only after another week, no one bothered to call me when they were ready, I dialed myself a day later and clarified. When I called and was told that everything was ready and could be picked up, I arrived, and it turned out that not everything was cleaned. Again, + 2 weeks of waiting, no warnings about the transfer and that the product has not been completely cleaned. And this is also on New Year's Eve... 0 apologies and tactless responses to my complaints. And my friend returned 3 more times to redo many things. I do not recommend this dry cleaning service to anyone.
