I chose dry cleaning based on reviews, location, and speed of execution, because the suit is not cheap and is only dry cleaned, but, alas, how disappointed I am in the end! Firstly, they initially said up to 5 days, when I came to take it, they increased the period to 7, okay, OK . I came to pick it up: the button is sewn crookedly on the sleeve, and it's so clearly visible! But this is velour, you can sew it on yourself several times! Moreover, initially, this procedure is done for an additional fee! Secondly, there were threads that got stuck in the back pockets for some reason, but, most importantly, they took the arrows and removed them, and when I asked why they did this, the administrator yelled at me!!! How is that even?!!! I told you when I took the exam that I was taking it for the first time, but it turns out that I also have to tell them to make the arrows for me, where they were originally....in my understanding, if I wanted to remove something, then I probably need to say it, and not when it was originally there, I need to indicate that it should be returned. But it would have been all right, I left it to be finished, and, alas, it took more than one day, and anyway the arrows made it look like they were making them so that I would never want to wear these trousers again, as a result, I had to wait several days for them to be redone!!!

I didn't like the attitude or the quality of the work. The sneakers were badly cleaned, I'm at home and I can clean them myself, what's the point of such a dry cleaning. The receptionist who accepted my shoes spoke to me in a boorish manner. She scolded me for having to bring my washed sneakers to the dry cleaner. It's not even funny. The sneakers were a little dusty, not dirty. I put them on once, took a walk in the park and they got dusty, so I brought them to freshen up. What's the point of dry cleaning for 75 rubles if I had to clean my shoes myself?:/ When my sneakers were taken away, it was as if they had done me a favor by taking them away. I'm sorry, you're not doing this for free. I came for the service I'm paying for, I don't want to listen to inappropriate comments that will leave a residue for the whole day.

If you want to bring your favorite beautiful fluffy lined coat, pay the money for cleaning and then pick up the deflated shapeless bag, then you are here. I brought my lined coat to this wonderful dry cleaner. The coat tag said dry cleaning only. The woman who took the orders said that the jacket could be washed, but then deformation is possible, and with dry cleaning the only thing that can happen is not to clean the dirt well. I said it was better to do as it says on the tag, and we agreed that if the coat didn't clean, they would call me to ask if it could be washed. In the end, no one called me, I came to pick up the coat, looked through the bag that it was clean and took it away. But when I got home and put it on, I was shocked. The coat has completely lost its appearance and shape, the synthpone has rolled off at the bottom, it has become shorter in front, everything is crumpled, it has become narrower, like a deflated package. When I asked what happened to the jacket, they told me that it happens and that it was probably a marriage in the jacket itself. Well, the coat of the famous brand akhmadullina dreams, so think for yourself whether to hand over your things here so that you can spoil it for your money with the words in hindsight that you should have been warned that the jacket could lose its shape and appearance. If they had told me that right away, I wouldn't have taken anything. I don't have the time or desire to sue them, but if it's easier for them to lose their reputation and customers than to pay compensation, I decided to write a review.

My experience of using dry cleaning services is very negative: after an autumn trip, I was given a personal tent for dry cleaning, given that there is a specific "dry cleaning tent" service in the price list, I counted on the safety of the product and professional cleaning, taking into account the properties of the product, but it turned out to be completely wrong… the cashier who accepted the item absolutely did not know what to do with it and we waited an hour for him to call all possible phones to find out what to write on the receipt, as a result: When I picked up the tent, I opened it to check the quality: all the sizing seams came off (there are no tents without sizing seams, except for Soviet tarpaulins) and were simply wrapped in a ball and stuffed inside the tent! Without sizing, the tent is useless - it will leak and blow through, i.e. it will cease to perform its function I did not accept the job, and it was sent for a "quality assessment": we waited three weeks for the results, called and received the answer "we have a very large load, wait" (you can conclude about the number of "satisfied" customers of this chain of dry cleaners) as a result, they wrote to us in conclusion: "in small print in the service agreement it was indicated that the product would be washed with an adhesive solvent, therefore the claims are unfounded and the work is done efficiently" Naturally, we did not see any contract in our eyes and the cashier did not warn us, as a result, the thing was spoiled, the money for the service was not returned to us, the tent needs to be repaired for a lot of money and it will no longer be the same, in fact, they just washed the tent completely without taking into account the specifics of the product, as if you handed over a wool coat, its they dipped it in boiling water and said: "you didn't read in small print that the product would be boiled"
