It was my first time in this network and now I will become a regular customer. Two lovely women work at the reception desk, who explained everything, told me, prompted me, and so there were no questions left. My impressions were only positive!

I would like to sincerely thank the master of the dry cleaning shop, E.A. Yakusik, and the wonderful girls who accepted/handed out things. Thank you for your professionalism, attention to detail, and for really doing your job quickly, efficiently, and with love. I rented a white ski jacket, which was in very poor condition. Heavy dirt literally ate into the fabric, and the black balaclava also stained the white top of the jacket. At home, I tried different stain removers, but to no avail. To be honest, I no longer hoped that it would be possible to put it in order at all. And what was my surprise when I received the jacket in perfect condition, clean, fresh as new, without a trace of previous contamination! I was absolutely thrilled! You are real magicians! I would also like to mention the fast delivery time, which pleased me. And, of course, many thanks to the girls at the reception / issue for their kindness, detailed explanations, useful tips and sincere warm communication. Only the most positive impressions remain after the visit!

I contacted the C&D Factory reception center with a question about the possibility of cleaning a pair of shoes, showing it to the receptionist for a preliminary assessment. The receptionist assured that putting the shoes in order is possible and there will be no problems. After that, a receipt was issued, and I paid 79 rubles for cleaning and ozonation. On the appointed day, when I came to pick up the order, I found that the shoes were in the same condition as before they were cleaned - without any signs of completed work, except for the attached tags about the fulfillment of the order. Together with the receptionist, an act was issued and the shoes were sent for re-cleaning. Upon re-receipt of the shoes, the quality of the work was already acceptable, the shoes really became much cleaner. However, instead of apologizing for the initially unproven service, I was given a written explanation in which the responsibility was actually shifted to me - indicating that the shoes were in poor condition, which I allegedly agreed with, and my claim is unfounded. As a result, due to one order, I had to visit the reception point four times: * preliminary assessment of the possibility of cleaning; * shoe delivery; * receiving an actual unfulfilled order; * Re-receipt of shoes. I think this approach is incorrect: the reception was carried out with assurances about the possibility of high-quality cleaning, the service was not provided the first time, and after correcting the situation, the company tried to absolve itself of responsibility. For the stated price and the promises made, I expected honest and professional service. In fact, I was faced with poor-quality service and a formal attitude towards the client. I do not recommend using the services of the C&D Factory.

I gave it away for dry cleaning, the complex cost 90 rubles. The jacket was practically clean, I gave it away only in order to return the moisture protection to the jacket. As a result, the fluff is just knocked down, although it was perfect before the dry cleaning. I don't see any point in giving away that kind of money. You can also wash it in the washing machine with this approach. We'll have to restore the fluff somehow.

We removed absolutely all the stains (and the foundation and something yellow on the sleeves and just dirt) and most importantly distributed the fluff inside the way it was when we bought it. Because after washing at home, the fluff got lost and the jacket did not warm as it should. Everything was done quickly and on time, the staff is at the reception and giving away the things of the sweetheart.

If you value your belongings, money, or you don't understand the intricacies of the paperwork process, go to another dry cleaner. A new (1 season in wear) coat in excellent condition (except for a small spot on the front) was estimated at 50% wear, noting too many defects that could not have been there in any way. As a result of cleaning, it turned from a neat coat into something resembling the uniform of a soldier who crawled through all the trenches of the First World War. The structure of the material is spoiled (the layer is erased to the base), the lining is stretched, the sleeves are rubbed until they lose color. They took a lot for the buttons (to cut and sew them back), but they were sewn disgustingly, crookedly and not according to technology - it is impossible to wear a coat without the risk of tearing them out with "meat". They fill out the documents very deftly and without explanation. They offer comprehensive cleaning, in which there are too many unnecessary operations, which also cost money. Of the advantages: fast (about 3-5 business days). Well, the stain was cleaned (along with the top layer of fabric).

I handed over a winter down jacket, the estimated cost of the product at acceptance was 350 rubles., the promised production time was 14 days, after 14 days the product was not ready, they threw up their hands when they brought it to the reception point and did not give any answer, they had to go to the search channel themselves. After the scandal, the down jacket was brought. As a result: 1. The color became dull, the original one was pistachio, after dry cleaning it was dirty gray. 2. The filler is all crumpled up, knocked down in different places. 3. The hood has become a giant size, as if all the filler from the entire down jacket had gathered there. 4. In the down jacket by the manufacturer, the departments with filler are divided among themselves by the so-called "spikes" (i.e. they are not sewn with threads, but as if glued), after dry cleaning, all these spikes are glued, the filler lies all at the bottom, in the area of the back, abdomen and sleeves all departments are glued. As a result, the down jacket has lost its appearance and is not subject to further wear. 5. Employees do not know the components, they do not know the answers to the questions asked, there was no answer to the question about the procedure for filing a claim both at the reception point and after the call. As a result, the product is spoiled, winter has come, there is nothing to wear and for such money as a down jacket was bought (price 400 rubles, bought in another country) nothing can be found. I will make out a claim, an entry in the complaint book, if necessary, we will go to court! I am attaching a photo.
