A wonderful hotel on the very shore of Lake Sevan. Not a big clean and new room stock. Great breakfasts, its own clean beach. Good location

Except for the yard with coniferous trees and a lawn, there are no more advantages.

The review of the restaurant is terrible. Beautiful place, nice interior. We had lunch in a house near the water. That's where the advantages end. We ordered fish, shish kebab, vegetables and French fries for children in advance for lunch. The fish and vegetables were brought quickly. The fish is over-dried, but you can eat it. They couldn't even taste the lamb kebab properly - it was very salty and dry to the point of impossibility. I never thought that you could spoil meat like that. The French fries were brought to the children after half an hour only. That is, adults are eating, children are hungry. When we were at the next table, they did not wait for the fish cutlets. I had to ask for napkins and salt separately. Oh, and the toilet doesn't close, that is, while in the toilet, you ask to guard the door. In general, we spoiled the impression of the trip. I don't advise anyone to have lunch there. You'd better buy a gate by the stairs.

The food is delicious enough, but the service ruined everything.

We waited for food for over an hour. They didn't bring half of it - they said "no". Some of them were simply forgotten and offered to wait another half hour. The waiters have to be caught and they don't know who can serve. I do not recommend it.
