Employees do not know the availability of certain menu items (the check contains a missing item that cannot be replaced). The return of the order according to the norms in such an institution is 15 minutes, pizza is up to 30 minutes. In fact, you have to wait from 20 to 40 minutes, and pizza from 1 hour. In particular, on 10/18/2025, the order in the receipt is 2 fries, 0.3 pepsi, vanilla milkshake (for a child). As a result, after 20 minutes of waiting, they give you an order without a cocktail, explaining that vanilla syrup is not available (and you can't say this when placing an order). There were no options to replace the syrup in the cocktail with chocolate or anything other than berries, taking into account the preferences of the child, there is also no way to replace the position with low-volume juice in the package (it used to be). They offered 1 liter of juice (i.e. a child in 1 person will drink 1 liter and eat 70 g of fries), and the price is higher than in the store! Thank you for returning at least the money, but the child is upset because he was going to get a cocktail, which there is nowhere else to buy in our area. Thank you for a ruined day!
