A nice place with a pleasant atmosphere and delicious food. The staff is tired, but polite and can recommend something to eat. We visited several times during the vacation. Delicious burgers, awesome juicy kebab, delicious fried trout. I didn't really like the shrimp, neither boiled nor fried. Both of them have been cooking for too long and the taste is no longer the same, but the fried ones have delicious spices. Good coffee and lemonade, I liked the homemade cognac. The rolls were not impressed. We went for the classic khachapur several times) an awesome potato plate, although it's too expensive for potatoes.
Everyone was satisfied, even though there were "buts"))

According to the cuisine: there are Italian, Japanese, American, national and even Hawaiian (poke). The prices are pleasant. Everything is very tasty. I liked the Gazebo cafe the most. We have been here already in the last days of rest. Expensive. But it's very tasty - just very! Lamb kebab - you'll lick your fingers! My husband made an order with delivery the next day - beef steak, here it is a little dry (but it's beef ...). My daughter ate the chop with pleasure (we thought until the last that it was chicken, and were surprised at how juicy and tasty it was, but it turned out to be pork))).

We ordered a Greek salad. They brought it. I noticed mold on the pieces of cheese. An obvious mold that has been around for days. She asked to replace the dish. In decent establishments, such a gross oversight is solved by a free meal replacement. But here, just the waitress brought the same salad, they just removed the spoiled piece of cheese... I didn't say anything. The waitress apologized, lied that it was just dor blue cheese... they also take it for fools. I decided to finish the salad. But there was another moldy piece in it. She also asked to replace the dish. But they also brought me my salad, but without two pieces of cheese! I didn't eat anymore, I asked to be removed from the bill. For other dishes, you can say that tea is not worth your money, but the classic khachapur is good. Delicious cheese is used.

A pleasant, cozy place, ideal for a late dinner, after a long day and many kilometers of walking around Gagra.
We ordered a couple of salads, eggplant rolls, khachapur boat, tea and draught wine from the owner. Everything was on top. Additionally, they even took a bottle of wine with them.
I also liked the service, the polite waiter, the order did not have to wait long.
In general, we definitely recommend it! 👍

We went several times. First, our friends with children. The bill was 12,000. Of which almost 6,000 are 5 pieces of mutton. The second time we came and found that the bill includes 10 percent service, which is not written anywhere in the menu. We decided to go a third time. It was the cherry on the cake. The sauce, stated on the menu as 100 grams, was brought in a thirty-gram saucepan. Julienne was whole last time, this time half of the previous portion. The sauce on the menu is 100 rubles, we were counted for 150 rubles. And chicken wings by weight . A portion of 5 wings turned out to be 780 grams and at a price of 1,350 rubles !!! Plus, they can also be eaten only from hunger.
Overcooked and over-salted. Naturally, no one reacted to our remark. It is impossible to verify that. In a nearby Teahouse, a portion of 5 wings costs about 300 rubles. In general, I do not recommend the place categorically. An aged waitress served. They didn't remember the name.

We were looking for an institution that has sushi, found this institution and, seeing a good rating, decided to go in for a meal, as we were in a hurry, had a salad on the spot, and ordered sushi to take away. The first impression was great, good interior, pleasant music, a nice waitress, who was a pity, because the girl apparently served the entire establishment alone, in which at least about 10 tables were sitting, if not more, perhaps this is a way to save on workers, but also, it is a good way to lose customers. This is where the good things end and the kitchen begins, there are many more questions about it than about the service. Salads surprised me, for the first time I see Thai salad hot, they mixed everything there that is not there (because if the dish somehow differs from the classics, they either warn about it or prescribe it in the menu). I go to restaurants often, but I've never seen anything like this. In the second salad, the shrimp were over-dried. Sushi is a separate art form, we were told that Japanese cuisine is especially delicious. But the rice turned out to be overcooked, sticky and absolutely tasteless, the fish was sliced so thinly that it was already translucent, the shrimps still remained dry, the cucumbers tasted strange, as if wooden, like an under-slept avocado. Money is wasted.
P.s. by changing chefs, you will get many more happy customers who will visit you during your vacation. Oh, and even more than that, I was surprised by the comments that you are poisoning people, it's terrible, I really hope that it won't affect me.

Terrible service.
08/22/24 my friend and I decided to eat a local barbecue. We came to Abkhazia for the first time. We came across this "wonderful" establishment with not small restaurant prices. We ordered 2 servings of pork kebab and "compote" a la orange-lemon lemonade. The waiter girl (Laura Laura was written on the receipt) immediately warned us that the wait was 35-40 minutes. We agreed to wait because we were tired of going somewhere else, where it might have been faster. After 1 hour, we wondered when our barbecue would be brought, all this time, as we understand it, the waitress was hiding from us, but when we still managed to call her and ask the cook to find out when our order would be given to us, she left to ask. As a result, 3 minutes later another waitress came out and said that our barbecue had burned down. The situation is simply disgusting. The people who came after us were sitting at the neighboring tables and received their dishes every 5-10 minutes, and we sat like two fools and waited for an hour for a barbecue, which was never given to us. We do not recommend this establishment.

They cook delicious, I went there to eat a couple of times. A quiet and cozy place, the table areas are thought out-no one bothers anyone. A pleasant lounge area. The menu is a large selection, for all tastes, probably. The service is fast. Payment can be made either in cash or by transfer. Lunch for 1 person is about 1000 rubles with beer. There were no consequences such as rotovirus, heartburn and other things. You can safely visit this place with the whole family. Everyone will find their own delicious food-they cook efficiently and conscientiously.

We went to this cafe, thinking that since it is beautiful and quite expensive, then there will definitely be no questions about food. As a result, we left about 5 thousand + tips there for being poisoned. Of the 9 days at sea, we spend the second day in the room, with a full set of health problems (you can guess which one). And we also had two prepaid excursions, one thousand each, both of which we missed due to poisoning. And now it is unclear whether the prepayment for them will be refunded to us. We are thinking of contacting the sanitary and epidemiological supervision. I also attach a photo of what, in particular, poisoned me. Anticipating the response of the owners of this office, we did not eat since 5 p.m., and ate at about midnight, in this very institution, and we started vomiting at 5 a.m., all at the same time. Plus, before that, we ate in a normal place with a certificate from the TripAdvisor travel service, where the food is prepared in front of you.
As a result: come here at your own risk, there is a high probability that for very immodest money you will simply be fed beautifully served rotten meat disguised with roasting and spices.
P.S. A knowledgeable person living here said, based on his experience, that it is by no means impossible to eat here. And the pharmacist at the pharmacy where we went to get antibiotics was very surprised that we were poisoned here, because, apparently, the reputation of the institution is good. But it also happens like this 🤷♂️
By the way, the answer that supposedly we are competitors will not work, we have all the photos and videos, we can also show tickets here and back.
And as an afterword: you probably think that you are the most cunning businessmen here, profiting from stupid tourists, but one day you can poison the wrong person, and you will regret very much that you chose to save three kopecks by buying rotten meat that is being transported to you in the heat, and not normal products.

It feels like chefs don't know how to cook at all. Especially meat. Steaks that sell for almost 1,500 rubles are a piece of meat as dry as a shoe.
