When booking a table, they offered only a table on the terrace, we, in turn, regular customers, naturally agreed! Upon arrival at the beginning of 22:00 there were three tables available (and this is only on the ground floor) supposedly booked! They promised that at least one table would be moved as soon as we were free!
Until 2:00, only one of the three tables was occupied! But we were never offered a table! In a conversation with the administrator, the waiter was told to offer to transfer us, it's strange... but how is it…
It is a pity that over time the cafe has become not customer-oriented😳

We celebrated a family holiday with my husband .Gorgeous cuisine , perfectly cooked meat, beautiful decoration of dishes!Very interesting interior, absolutely everything is made of natural wood.Friendly staff, nice girls .On Fridays and weekends , as I understand it , there is music , karaoke on the ground floor of the restaurant .We were invited to a fairly quiet room upstairs, it was nice to have dinner with quiet music.I advise you to visit this place.

Briefly about the main thing, the institution is not bad, I visited it in April. Everything is not bad, we ordered a lot of things and stuff. Of the things that I didn't like, it was vegetable slicing and fruit, kortoshka otvornaya, everything else was good, that was it. The waitress didn't have time to clean up. And that day, live sound live music was of course a 3/10 rating. And so it's not bad, maybe we'll visit this place again.

Mothers celebrated their anniversary on 12/18/2021 with your close people. A chic cafe, very atmospheric, fantastically delicious, excellent serving of dishes!!! Both our guests and I were completely delighted with the table decoration, excellent service, live music and an amazing show program. The menu is wonderful, the service is top-notch. We have booked two tables for Saturday evening. One is for adults and the other is for teenage children. The first impression was very good: pleasant interior, comfortable sofas. The helpful waiter. But as soon as the live music started, it became impossible to talk on the second floor and we asked to transfer somewhere quieter. The tables were free, by the way, they remained free. But the answer was that everything was busy. After a more insistent request, the table was still found, but with the condition that you take the children to your table. I repeat, the tables were free. They ordered tea in a teapot and asked for three cups, but the waiter did not answer properly. They asked me to pack the rest of the food with me, and the answer was later. There is a question why there is no face control, everyone is allowed even in a deranged state. There is only one women's toilet, the queue is huge. The overall impression is that the service is very poor for an institution of this price category. But the food is very tasty. The cooks are smart! The portions are very large.

Among the disadvantages is the time of serving dishes (but it is compensated by their taste), sour cream is not served with pancakes, and bread is served with bacon (you need to order separately and wait accordingly)
