The same man arrives, always looking unhappy, and every time we have a problem situation with him. Either they gave him the wrong change, or he went up to the 4th floor without an elevator (although we always order through the app and indicate in the note that we will go down ourselves), this time I place an order through the app at 13.05, an SMS message arrives that delivery is expected from 14.26-14.41, I immediately I send my son to an ATM for cash, as a result...the courier .... without warning about the early delivery time from the cafe .... arrives at 13.40 and another scene begins near the front door in the context of "I don't care about the SMS that was sent to you, I'm here, give me the money." I start going around the neighbors in search of cash, and it's just with indignation that I see his "theatrical" sketches for the third time, although I act strictly according to the instructions of an SMS or a call from a cafe, as it was twice before. I'm sorry, but I'm not violating the delivery rules, I'm giving change (unlike the courier, for whom, as much as he was given from the cafe, he gives so much, but he doesn't have another one and he hasn't returned it twice), why should I see his eternally unhappy face and complete lack of communication skills. I'm sorry, but this time everything was said in a raised tone and with a lot of indignation. The cafe does not value regular customers and neglects its own reputation. The order is given an hour earlier - call and let us know, and if people are just going home and they are not there, will your courier be waiting at the door or what?

Good evening. An order was placed at your cafe yesterday. We waited for more than 30 minutes on the street with a small child. There was no large flow of people. As a result, we did not receive the order. The order was canceled, the money was taken away and we were left hungry. The service staff is "at the highest" level! Thanks for the service.
