Good evening. An order was placed at your cafe yesterday. We waited for more than 30 minutes on the street with a small child. There was no large flow of people. As a result, we did not receive the order. The order was canceled, the money was taken away and we were left hungry. The service staff is "at the highest" level! Thanks for the service.

The delivery was an hour late. I ordered a cheese shawarma (cost 8.50) - the classic arrived (7.60) burnt and cold. French fries are cold and unsalted. Burger - 2 rolls, a few vegetables and a cutlet 0.7 cm thick. They also didn't owe the sauce, which was also paid for. The cost was of course paid by check + for delivery, because we did not expect such troubles
