A wonderful place with European breakfasts: salmon and poached egg waffles, cheesecakes, French breakfast, gluten-free menu, alternative milk, smoothies! And many other European dishes.
They work from 09:00. A stone's throw from the Karagat Hotel. They have breakfast all day long 🥰
It's a pity that I found out about this wonderful place on my last day in Karakol.
I recommend you to visit, especially for breakfast, to have a wonderful start to the new day.

There are few places where you can have a tasty and atmospheric snack in the city. We went for dinner to the ethnic restaurant “Dastorkon”, where you can buy everything that hangs on the wall (carpets, paintings, postcards, etc.), for dinner the next day to the Saimaluu restaurant-club, and for breakfast we went to the Lighthouse.
The Lighthouse is quite stylish and cozy. There is a cafe on the ground floor, and on the second... a small hotel! 🤯
When we arrived for breakfast and were waiting for our order, it was very funny to watch how from the second floor, a little embarrassed, they asked to bring breakfast.
Regarding the breakfasts: they are quite large and hearty. Kirill took an English breakfast, and Lisa took Viennese waffles.
As for the coffee: it's good. But if you take it by Caracol, it's the best that we drank here. Rich and pleasant to the taste. It does not sour or bitter. So, it's worth taking coffee only here. Plus, you can have a delicious snack.

The food is delicious, the portions are large and aggressive. The only beer is Arpa, but it's a great beer. Of the disadvantages, only the operating mode, but in Karakol almost everything closes early.

This is really the best cafe in Karakol. Okay, actually, we weren't in the others, but only because we had no desire to look for others! Everything is fine here: an extensive menu combining European, Oriental and national dishes, excellent service, fast service, pleasant interior and generally a warm welcome. I was especially pleased with the breakfast menu, which seems to be available all day. The cafe is located on a quiet, almost rustic street a little away from the center, and at first glance it is difficult to believe that such a treasure is hidden inside. We are very glad that he was found and we will definitely return.

The menu is very diverse, everything is delicious, the portions are huge. Cozy! There are many vegetarian options, Asian, European and local cuisine. Three days spent in Karakol, we ate at this cafe. Nice staff.
The only drawback is that sometimes they take a long time to carry an order.

A good place where you can have breakfast with the usual dishes of non-Oriental cuisine - scrambled eggs, cheesecakes and so on. That's just an incomprehensible situation with coffee - on the first visit, Americano was delicious dense, the second time as if diluted with water - liquid, tasteless. And so everything is OK, I recommend it!
