This place is very cozy and has the home vibes. The personnel is very polite and friendly. Also, the food quality is very decent for its price! There are various dishes for each taste, including vegeterian options. I would recommend this place for the visiting!
I would get the 5-star review this place, but there is one disadvantage I faced. They has this 'special offer' for the reviews (coffee+cake on Thursdays), but when you ask about this, it's already gone, however the promotion is still on the screens. It's truly made me sad:(

Very delicious food, excellent stuff, healthy ingredients. I think this is the best food for regular breakfast and dinner, also they have business lunch.

The kitchen is normal, delicious, but the staff is often ignored, 11 a.m., the cashier is still someone walking with tea, they are singing, no one comes to the cashier and they don't pay attention to you, they pass by, although there are no people at all. Annoying of course

Only the woman at the checkout is pleasant.
We went here a couple of times before, the food was tolerable, although chicken cutlets seemed to be made from frozen Chinese meat usually, and the service was dry and uninterested.
But now it was the last time!
We bought pilaf, salad, meat patties and mashed potatoes.
The cutlets inside turned out to be half-cooked, smelled like minced meat, all appetite was gone, the rest of the food was barely warmed up in the microwave, it tasted average, the salad lay down, the trays were oily.
Bland and expensive, for this money you can eat much tastier, more satisfying and better.

The food wasn't bad, but there was a long black hair on the plate. The salad was replaced for me, but. I will note an important fact. All the staff does not observe hygiene standards at all: their hands are in gloves - but the girl who cleans the fish immediately touches everything around with these hands and returns to the fish. The hair of the girls serving the food hangs down into the plate and food containers literally. Chefs without hats. Extremely unpleasant.

Very very very tasty! There is the usual homemade food, there are restaurant-level delights. Very often I come here to buy food at home. It is very convenient that the cafe is arranged on the principle of a la dining room, well, that is, all the food is ready and on display - you do not need to wait for cooking, you can choose with your eyes, and not by the picture. and at the same time everything is delicious and fresh.
Cutlets, fish, puree, pancakes. To the greatest surprise, there are delicious rolls here, not every Japanese restaurant in Georgia can boast of such)) The whole family flew away from desserts and pastries - coconut cake, pancake cake, honey cake, gorgeous buns. It's great that the guys keep the quality and service that way. We are yours forever))

Desserts are just a demolition of the roof. Some of the best I've tried in Batumi.
If we talk about the whole menu as a whole - satisfying, delicious, high-quality and homely. Well, the prices, of course, are very, very pleasing))

The food is delicious, the choice is good, but the service is tinny. There are 6 people on an open distribution - only 1 of them periodically gives something to customers. The rest are busy negotiating, and they don't pay attention to the accumulated queue.
The format of the institution assumes fast service, but the staff at the shopping center is clearly not motivated for this. The result is that we are leaving for the second time because of the queues, we probably won't go anymore.
I recommend that you either order delivery from them or go to another point, but not to the shopping center

The format of the DINING ROOM. We took desserts and coffee. Desserts Napoleon and blueberry are tasteless and most importantly not fresh, I don't even think it was yesterday, which says the impregnation of the cakes and the dye that flowed over the cream.
The coffee is ordinary , we could not distinguish latte and cappuccino by the food prices as everywhere, it is better to go to a cafe

I bought two pancakes with cottage cheese today. I ate one while we were sitting in a cafe, and took the other home. I felt sick after lunch. When I unwrapped a triple pancake at home, it smelled terribly of spoiled cottage cheese. I'm not going back to this cafe anymore.

We used to really like to have lunch at the Olive Grand Mall (and were always satisfied), and at 13.01 we went to them and for the first time it was frankly tasteless, and as a result we were poisoned🙁 Stuffed peppers are fatty and with an unpleasant smell, undercooked vegetables in olivier, grilled vegetables are also not the same as before, everything is in oil. After eating, we suffered signs of poisoning, and we didn't eat anything else that day, so it's definitely an Olive tree:(Very upset. Oliva, what happened to the quality?
