We accidentally found this place while walking along the streets of Fashion, it is located across the street from Starbucks, before going down the mountain to the embankment. On the second floor (open veranda) there is a great view of the Bosphorus. There is a button near each table, when pressed, the heater turns on and it gets warm. The coffee and desserts are very tasty, I recommend you to visit. There is a toilet on the ground floor under the stairs.
