Delicious coffee and cakes

This is the second time I visit this coffee shop. The first time I had a matcha latte with huge lumps so overheated that I burned my tongue and managed to get home before it cooled down. For the first and second time, the staff and the manager were constantly working in the hall, constantly cleaning , laying out , moving , transferring something, you feel superfluous.
Clearly not a coffee shop worth visiting.

I am very disappointed with the visit. Unfortunately, the employees do not know either the desserts they sell or the rules for making coffee drinks. The coffee is not delicious, I did not dare to take anything from the desserts, since none of the employees could explain the composition to me intelligently.
The service does not correspond at all to the inflated price of the products.

The most unpleasant atmosphere and coffee, as if brewed in a vending machine at the train station.
The smell in the coffee shop is unpleasant, it was not clear at all whether it was dumplings or fried meat.
The establishment is not closed during acceptance: should I observe pallets and an empty storefront? Is this a pastry shop?
If so, it is also very interesting who chooses the musical arrangement in your institution. Some kind of Russian rap with mats.
I do not recommend it.

The service speed is below the baseboard. They pissed me off with this today. Twenty minutes for a cherry cocktail and an Americano is clearly too much.
The confectionery is not bad, but nothing outstanding. I don't see any point in paying them money and waiting until I'm blue in the face.
