Spend your time in Yerevan better.
If you chose this accommodation because of the price, you will soon realize that you are actually paying too much for what you get.
What awaits you:
Impromptu accommodation in the lobby of a residential building, with false information on booking sites. Most of the rooms are windowless and very small. Shaky floors, poor ventilation, temporary beds, insufficient cleanliness and a bathroom without a partition between the shower and toilet (because the space is minimal).
In addition, the staff is extremely rude and absolutely unable to solve even simple issues.
One star is only for the central location.

There is no heating in the room. There was a glass street wall covered by a curtain. Accordingly, the batteries were not provided there. The air conditioner was running non-stop at plus 30, but it didn't really help. The floor is an icy broken tile covered with a carpet. The bed linen is 100% polyester, electrified so that sparks are visible at night. The mattress is the cheapest, all the springs are in your sides. I couldn't sleep on a pillow, I slept on my jacket, covered with a towel for 3 nights. The bathroom is tiny, 0.5 x 0.5, of course there is no shower, there is a hole in the icy floor, and there is no foot towel. In 3 days, it's not that no one has cleaned up - even the trash has never been taken out. I didn't want to ask. Breakfast is disgusting, all 3 days it was the same: dry buckwheat, third-rate sausages, eggs and sliced meat. Thank God it's over!)

We flew in transit through Yerevan. We stayed at the California Boutique for two days. The very center. Very nice guys at the reception. A good breakfast.
